After entering the workplace, we often deal with training, but some are going through the motions, and some are real money. The following three kinds of training have benefited me a lot.

1, professional skills

After several times of training in PPT production and EXCEL operation, I realized how poor I was, just like opening a new world and greatly improving my level.

2. Management training

Because I have never systematically experienced these theories, they are all fragments in my mind, so with these systematic theories, what I do has theoretical support, as if I were enlightened.

3, labor law training

This training broke my image of not knowing the law, only to find that some things commonly known as our agreement are illegal. How the law stipulates and handles all kinds of labor dispute cases is really an eye-opener and has benefited a lot.
