Recently, the Shenyang Municipal Government issued the Administrative Measures for Motor Vehicle Driver Training in Shenyang, aiming at standardizing the motor vehicle driver training market in Shenyang and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the industry. The Measures shall be implemented as of June, 2009 1 day. The "Measures" is the first government regulation specifically for the management of driver training in Shenyang, which fills the blank of air traffic legislation in Shenyang.
