I didn't successfully become a lawyer, not the enviable complete career model of "law school-judicial examination-lawyer". This model is happy. They went through the hardships of the judicial examination, and on the second day after entering the door, they flew high, bearing the aura of "2 1 1" and so on-Ma Pingchuan. My road is "medical secondary school-doctor-self-taught junior college-self-taught undergraduate-judicial examination-graduate student of economic law-lawyer", which has made me struggle for decades. Looking back now, my harvest is that this lawyer's practice license with a national seal is usually paper and packaged. The doctor's license is much better than his, but this is the first one made by golden decade in my life.
I graduated from medical secondary school and came to Shenzhen in 1995. At that time, my luggage was two sets of clothes, a medical certificate and a map. I got off the train in Guangzhou and asked about the hospital all the way. Finally, under the recommendation of my classmates, I settled down in a hospital in Dongguan and took up my job for the first time. Two months later, I went to another people's hospital in Shenzhen. There are some more clothes in the luggage, and I have to hold a map in my hand. In this hospital, one stay is eight years, too. Looking back, I still can't find out what motivates me to make up my mind: did a lot of arrogance and conceit stimulate me? Is the identity of a lawyer deified by excessive yearning? Is it the pursuit of an independent and free realm? Do you want to put your simplicity on charity again? Is it the pursuit of more benefits and enjoyment? ,,,,, maybe both, maybe none, maybe it's a popular career plan now. My plan ten years ago was to finish my undergraduate course and become a lawyer by the age of 30, and to become a millionaire by the age of 35. Now: except for the millionaire, all other goals have been basically achieved, but there are still two years before the age of 35, and this dream continues.
Like many young people, I had the opportunity to go to high school, go to college and embark on a smooth road. Even after I finished the senior high school entrance examination, my classes in the local key high schools scored well. However, the reality in the countryside made me choose middle school, which is both an obligation and a responsibility. People can be selfish, but they can't base their selfishness on keeping their brothers and sisters trapped in the barren land in the countryside forever. I can struggle for decades, but I can't let Bibi. Last year, when my little sister got married, I couldn't go back to my hometown to congratulate, so I had to cry alone on the roof. Many details of my childhood surfaced. I left my parents to learn violin with my uncle at the age of five, and I spent too little time with my brother and sister. They can receive higher education, and I am very happy to work smoothly. What's the point of ten years of suffering?
Starting from 1996, I started the journey of self-taught examination of law. From junior college to undergraduate, I have passed four courses at a time, but I am also very sad that I have taken three consecutive exams in one course. Basically, all schools in Shenzhen used to be my examination room, especially when I took the junior college entrance examination. At that time, I only took eight classes twice a year, so I should cherish every opportunity to take exams. The hospital director is a very caring scholar. During the period, I also participated in various three basic examinations and qualification examinations in the hospital. I really can't remember how many times I entered the examination room. I sorted out all kinds of admission tickets and put them in an file bag, which will be a witness of my struggle for my children in the future. Finally got the undergraduate diploma in 2004. I remember when I went to Sun Yat-sen University to participate in the thesis defense, I realized the unique tranquility and serenity of the university campus, and I couldn't help feeling infinite sadness. It is a lifelong regret not to be a part of it in this life. That night, I slept at a friend's house in Guangzhou.
When I graduated from junior college in 200 1 year, the national judicial examination was the last year for junior college entrance examination. I also took a leave of absence and trained in Beijing Global School for nearly two months. After I came back, I took the exam with confidence, perhaps because I was too confident, and finally I fell down by three points. I didn't lose heart. I took the first judicial examination as an experiment and prepared for the worst. Failure didn't exceed my expectation, so I prepared for the undergraduate course. Fortunately, at this time, the undergraduate course has been tested four times a year. With my previous legal knowledge, it is not difficult to cope with these exams. After years of self-study, I found my own unique learning method. I can recite the general principles of civil law and contract terms completely. Besides going to work, I am studying, and going to work is my capital for survival. No food is for nothing. In my medical career of more than eight years, I have never been late for no reason, and I have never had any complaints from patients. In the fight against SARS, I was lucky enough to win the third-class merit, but I knew in my heart that these so-called honors were useless to me. My ultimate goal is not to be a doctor all my life. I have to devote myself to more arduous review for the exam. I left the hospital to cope with my new career in the future. On the last night shift, I went to every corner of the department and stroked the machinery and equipment I had used for many years. Even if I close my eyes, I can finish a trip. Men shouldn't be nostalgic, but I can't help it. Some things don't matter when I have them, but once I leave, I won't come back.
Since then, I have been engaged in corporate legal affairs and judicial work in government departments, and accumulated the skills I need in the future. When I have nothing to do, I will go to court, search online in my spare time, clarify my professional direction, and read some books on intellectual property, company mergers and acquisitions, and listing. Opportunities will only be given to those who are prepared. I waited for the judicial examination in 2005, and I waited for the result. There is no joy or celebration. I just sent a short message to the director who has always supported me: thank you for your encouragement for so many years. Spiritual support is more important than any material! Because I know that the judicial exam is not the last exam for lawyers, and lawyers are faced with a series of endless exams. Examiners are judges, partners, parties (consultants) and so on. These examiners are sometimes incorrect. In recent years, I have been engaged in legal work with mixed feelings, among which the discrimination in academic qualifications and practice experience is the deepest. My experience makes it impossible for me to exercise in the high-end lawyer industry, and everything depends on my shameless questioning and exploration. In 2005, I took off my hat project-graduate school. In order to deal with discrimination and save face, I have to adapt to society, because society can't adapt to me.
Doctors and lawyers have many similarities, all based on meticulous persistence.
I have gone through the road of becoming a doctor, completed the track of my first career, and met new challenges. It's a long way to go, and seeking is the only way.
This document is sent to friends and relatives who have cared about me and helped me. I hope all young friends can take a smooth road and realize their dreams without going through similar ten years of struggle, so as to encourage you!
