College graduates refer to students who have graduated from domestic institutions of higher learning, including college graduates, undergraduate graduates, master graduates and doctoral graduates. Generally speaking, it refers to the fresh graduates who have not got the diploma but are in the internship state and the fresh graduates who have got the diploma but have not exceeded the employment period.
Graduates are generally divided into the following four categories:
1. is about to graduate, but has not yet obtained a diploma, or has stopped studying and is in an internship state.
2, get a diploma, but the time to get a diploma does not exceed the employment years (if it exceeds, it is a previous student).
3, college graduates, refers to the graduates, (doctoral graduates, graduate students, ordinary graduates).
4, ordinary college graduates, refers to the full-time higher education by the unified enrollment of students who graduated in the same year.
Graduates should pay attention to the following points when looking for a job:
1. When applying for a job, college graduates should try their best to obtain recruitment information from schools, regular recruitment websites and human resources markets, and should not be easily attracted by "high salary" and "easy work" to prevent their own interests from being infringed.
Some enterprises will exaggerate or conceal the real situation of the enterprise. College graduates should know the enterprise in advance, and must not rush to find a job and enter the workplace. College graduates should resolutely oppose enterprises that charge fees in the name of recruitment, and can also report to relevant departments under appropriate conditions.
2. College graduates should sign formal labor contracts with enterprises to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests when they decide to join household units.
The labor contract is by no means a form, but a legally binding official text. In addition to the necessary provisions such as working hours, work content, work place, rest and vacation, labor remuneration and social insurance, the contract can also stipulate training, supplementary insurance and welfare benefits.
