A report on distance learning of Chinese in primary schools

With the support of XX Education Foundation, leaders of County Education Bureau and township schools, the workshop for primary school Chinese teachers in XX County has been successfully studied (65438+1October 26th-30th). The basic situation of the investigation is reported as follows:

I. Basic information

100 teachers participated in this intensive training. Among them, 10 is a member of the master studio, with 50 students and 1 person as the moderator. In addition to 6 1 teacher in the studio, 39 young backbone teachers were selected from township schools. Teachers show strong acceptability, active thinking and interactive teaching in the learning process. Serious attitude and obvious effect.

(a) targeted and well prepared. This intensive training was conducted on the basis of fully investigating the needs of studio teachers, focusing on teachers' ubiquitous reading teaching and composition teaching, taking into account school-based training and educational research. In order to prepare for this intensive training, Mr. Zhu, who is in charge of the famous teacher studio in the Education Unit of the Education Bureau, has made careful arrangements in terms of venue selection, schedule, teaching organization, daily management and logistics support. Qi Xin and Qi Xin, members of the studio, worked together and cooperated with each other to ensure the smooth completion of the training task.

(2) The theme is prominent and the content is rich. This intensive training is mainly heterogeneous in the same class, highlighting the theme of improving reading teaching ability and composition teaching, and setting up 4 classes, 10 classroom teaching (4 reading classes, 2 low-level ancient poetry teaching, 4 composition classes). The whole arrangement is systematic, comprehensive, scientific and effective.

(3) Heterogeneous forms in the same class to better promote learning and absorption. In order to better train famous teachers, serve teaching and pay attention to giving full play to students' initiative and enthusiasm. The first is to hire famous teachers. This time, special teachers from Yunnan Province, Mr. Zhong Xing, the host of the provincial famous teacher studio, the academic leader of Kunming City, and the principal of Puji Primary School in Wuhua District of Kunming City were invited to give special lectures on reading composition, education and scientific research, and school-based research. These super-class teachers and academic leaders are indeed authorities in the corresponding academic fields. They have a broad vision, profound accomplishments and charming expressions, which are surprising. The students reported that the lecture was very effective. Second, the same class is different. The intensive training in the studio is mainly carried out in the form of heterogeneous classes. In the heterogeneous teaching of the same class, teachers can reflect on their own teaching by watching different teachers' processing and deduction of the same textbook, and achieve the purpose of learning from each other's strengths, sharing wisdom and complementing each other's advantages. Third, multi-dimensional evaluation of courses has improved the training level. Before the class, according to the elements and requirements of "multi-dimensional class evaluation" in Jie Chen famous teacher's studio, the key points of class observation are grouped and classified in advance, and each group is required to sort out and analyze the collected information after the class observation, and finally draw a conclusion. This multi-dimensional evaluation of classes urges teachers to participate in teaching research more deeply, and also urges teachers to think deeply about the reasons behind classroom phenomena, which promotes the research from shallow to deep and promotes teachers' professional growth. Fourth, there is a lot of information. Four famous teachers and experts explain in simple terms, 10 teacher's wonderful classroom, 8 hours of study every day, so that teachers can interact and compare with their usual teaching, collide their thoughts and stimulate their desire to learn.

(4) Strict discipline and strict daily management. In order to ensure the learning effect of this training course, we attach great importance to the standardized management of this centralized training course in accordance with the principle of "strict study, strict teaching and strict management". Specially revised a set of rules and regulations tailored for students, such as attendance regulations, classroom rules, effect feedback, training evaluation and so on. And pay attention to implementation. First, the implementation of full attendance of specialized personnel, strict implementation of the leave system, standardized classroom order, training experience must be written every day during the training period and uploaded to the "Shiping County Key Teacher Training Group". Third, with a high sense of responsibility, firmly establish the service concept, constantly improve the logistics support work, and provide satisfactory, thoughtful and full-service for students' study, life and activities as much as possible.

Second, the main harvest

Teacher Dong XX, a member of the studio, said with deep feelings when summing up the training: "Before attending the intensive training, I was a little gourd. After five days of training, the fluff has gradually receded. I believe that under the nourishment of this knowledge feast, I will grow into a gourd with my own luster. " Teacher Pu XX said: "You can feel the impact of' sparks of thought' by participating in such intensive training every day. Every day, I feel that I am still unfinished and have a sense of accomplishment. " I think this may also be the voice of all the students.

1. Teachers' concept of education and teaching has been improved.

Many teachers have talked about the importance of school-based research to improve their professional level through training, and realized that reading teaching should be based on curriculum standards, learning situation, grasping key points and embodying characteristics. In particular, Jie Chen's thought of "awakening before doing and guiding after doing" is worth practicing and learning, so as to avoid the similarity of students' homework. At the same time, we also think rationally about various sports teaching schools and think that only the one that suits us is the best. The best way is to find the most suitable method for your students based on an absorption concept and combined with your own reality. You must not learn to walk, or even lose what belongs to you.

2. Wash the teacher's mind and purify the teacher's soul.

A good training is undoubtedly a feast of knowledge and a feast of soul and spirit. Many teachers mentioned "persistence" and "action" in the training summary. A student wrote: "initiative and persistence" are deeply engraved in my heart. If everything can be like this, it is really nothing difficult in the world. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I need to be a practitioner, develop study habits and keep thinking. The studio host explained with action and persistence: everyone knows the story of Plato's arm swing. When I mentioned this story again today, I thought of the word "persistence". The reason why President Qiu Chongru of Jipu Primary School in Wuhua District of Kunming can lead a marginalized school from decline to prosperity is because of persistence, persistence in guiding practice with theory, persistence in school-based research and persistence in innovative management ... Yes, life is a leap.

3. Heterogeneity in the same class promotes teachers' profound reflection.

The heterogeneity in the same classroom can make us clearly see different teachers' different treatment of the same content in the same textbook and different teaching effects produced by different teaching strategies, thus opening up teachers' teaching ideas and highlighting teachers' teaching personality. The heterogeneous class of composition, reading and ancient poetry not only achieved the wisdom and resources of teachers, but also realized the complementary advantages. More importantly, it arouses all participants who participate in heterogeneous activities in the same class to deeply reflect on their usual teaching behavior. A student who just joined the work carefully analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Ximen Bao taught by two teachers and sighed: The same class is different, good! Because its purpose is not to tell the difference, but to think about how teachers teach and how students learn. I hope that in the future work, we can provide more platforms to promote the professional development of teachers and seek common development with * * *.

4. Improve teachers' teaching and research ability.

Study and get sleepy, think and make progress. Through study and reflection, teachers think that they have learned a lot about teaching and research methods in lectures and classes of experts and famous teachers, such as the specific research method in the lecture of How Teachers Do Scientific Research by Zhong Xing, the school-based research method of President Qiu Chongru, and the method of "Wake up before doing, guide after doing" by Teacher Wen Yanbo in Kunming. This class is heterogeneous, and five teachers from the studio participate in the class, which is heterogeneous with the teachers from the provincial capital, with great pressure and motivation. The process of preparing lessons is a research process. Secondly, teachers have personally practiced multi-dimensional evaluation of classes and truly realized the benefits of this evaluation method. Especially for multi-dimensional evaluation, each group of teachers observes from different angles, and the problems exposed in teaching are different, so that teachers can learn to study teaching from different angles, and then improve teaching and improve teaching efficiency.

Third, some experience.

1. The improvement of teachers' ability requires high-level training.

The five-day training was tense, orderly, tired and happy. As a member of the organizer, I am also sincerely happy to see the teachers' expressions of joy and surprise when they attend classes. Judging from the feedback from the teachers' conversations, the training was very effective and the teachers really benefited a lot. High-level training has played a great role in improving teachers' comprehensive quality. I believe that the ideas and methods learned in this training will definitely affect teachers' future education and teaching behavior.

2. Spiritual edification needs to be constantly strengthened.

As a teacher, professional ethics always comes first. However, in the long-term repetitive work, job burnout will wear away the moral benchmark of teachers. This training has left a deep impression on the teachers because of President Qiu Chongru's persistence and persistence in education. At the same time, I was moved by the spirit of Jie Chen. A special-grade teacher who is about to retire gives vivid lectures for 8 hours all day. His knowledge and skills were not built in a day. Yes, no matter how good the theory is, we must act and adhere to simple methods. The spiritual enlightenment left by this training will affect every minute of teachers' future teaching career.

Only solid training can play its due role.

This special centralized training is different from all previous trainings in the county, with strict requirements, good management, solid and effective. The key to writing training and taking notes every day is to strictly control the time and wait until the experts arrive before class is over. After students arrive at school, they must submit their own learning experience for reflection. In addition, the daily roll call system not only constrains the trainees, but also improves the training efficiency.

Four. Concluding remarks

The growth of teachers depends on fertile soil. As a famous teacher's studio, it is an obligation and a responsibility to provide members and students with the soil for growth as much as possible. Teaching practice and theoretical training are equally important in building backbone teachers; To build backbone teachers, expert guidance is the same as strict requirements; To build a backbone teacher, the cultivation of personality is as important as profound knowledge. Famous teachers need the immersion of knowledge conservation; Famous teachers need high-pressure furnace forging.

In the summer vacation, I watched Green Parthenocissus by Gui Xin, Dinosaur Flying in the Blue Sky by Gui Xin and Autumn in Clear Sand by Zhong. Really benefited a lot.

Teacher Gui Xin's teaching clip "The Green Parthenocissus" gave us different feelings. This is a narrative, written by the writer Xiao Fuxing at 1992, in memory of Mr. Ye Shengtao. The author's intention in choosing this text is to guide students to learn the truth of being a man first, to learn how to express their feelings by describing the scenery, and to understand how to modify the composition by reading the growth story of writer Xiao Fuxing. In the teaching process, teachers set suspense, inspire associations, and let students learn to modify composition methods through self-study and discussion, so as to give full play to teachers' leading role and students' dominant position, fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning, enable students to acquire knowledge in a harmonious classroom atmosphere, and cultivate students' habits of speaking, doing and thinking.

The teacher's class is wonderful, focused and appropriate, and the students' learning effect is good. I learned a lot from it, especially the way the teacher presented the classroom.

Ask the teacher to write on the blackboard first (Parthenocissus tricuspidata), and then write on the blackboard. Ask the students to observe carefully, especially what is the third image of "tiger"? At this time, the students developed a rich imagination, some said to their teeth, some said to their claws, and the students vividly remembered the third stroke of the tiger character. Ask the teacher to stimulate the students' desire to explore and present the main character described in the article-Ye Shengtao according to "Parthenocissus Feet". Teachers and students exchange information about Ye Lao's life and tell the stories of Xiao Fuxing and Ye Lao, the authors of this paper, to further arouse students' interest in learning. The solution of new words in this lesson is solid and effective. Pay attention to the training of teachers' most basic Chinese words, phrases and sentences. What impressed me deeply was the study of the word "delete". First of all, I "deleted" the ancient characters for the teacher's courseware to let the students know. Then the teacher explained the "evolution" of the word "delete" and showed the students the origin of Chinese characters in China, so that students could closely link the form and meaning of the word "delete" to make it vivid. Another example is the study of the word "model". After the students have recognized it, they ask the teacher what is the relationship between these two words. Then the teacher showed the courseware and explained the pictures of the regular script tree. Students not only have a deep understanding of the "model", but also have a further understanding of the characters in the text.

In the intensive reading of the text, please ask the teacher to let the students grasp the key words and read aloud with emotion, so as to understand and ponder the spiritual quality of the character-Ye Lao.

In a word, the teacher's classroom language is exquisite, the communication between teachers and students is tacit, the problems presented in the courseware are to the point, the blackboard writing content is closely related to the teaching content, and the teaching links are step by step, which conforms to the cognitive characteristics of primary school students and is worth learning. In the future teaching, my classroom teaching will also be vivid.

As a Chinese teacher, we should not only know some Chinese theoretical knowledge, but also strengthen cultural cultivation, cultivate our good humanistic spirit and infiltrate our humanistic spirit into students. Moreover, Chinese teachers should learn to be a model and have high artistic appreciation and accomplishment. Only in this way can we guide students to discover the beauty in textbooks and life, and guide them to feel and create beauty. Through this training, I have the following insights: First of all, we should improve students' interest in teaching materials, because interest is the primary condition for learning. Only by stimulating students' interest in learning can we stimulate students' learning motivation and improve their academic performance. Otherwise, the bridge can't be built, or even if the bridge is built, students can't get through it. At this point, I think we should start with reducing students' psychological pressure when reading and improving their perception ability, so that students can feel that reading textbooks is a kind of enjoyment, not a heavy burden. Textbooks are bricks, which should be used to absorb jade, not as a simple task. Therefore, Chinese teachers should not let students think that reading is to answer questions and make a "compartmentalized" analysis, but to let them think that reading is to feel a kind of beauty.

Secondly, cultivate innovative thinking ability.

In Chinese teaching, readers' perception of language meaning, language emotion and language skills is largely related to students' life experience, knowledge accumulation, cognitive ability and understanding level. Therefore, in Chinese teaching, in order to construct semantic understanding and experience, it is necessary to guide students to have different opinions and wise people to express their opinions boldly. In thinking debate, teachers try their best to promote students' language sublimation and spiritual development in the fierce debate and the collision of thinking. Teachers should take advantage of the situation, let students think about the problem fully, and then express different opinions according to their own experience and knowledge accumulation, and debate the different issues. Through the debate, students have a better understanding of nature and know that knowledge is endless. Even knowledgeable people will know something and realize that learning is endless. In this class, the classroom atmosphere is very active. At the same time, the open classroom teaching gives students more independent learning space, and teachers do not hesitate to let students think and argue, so that students can truly experience their self-worth in learning. Thirdly, pay attention to reading aloud and evaluating feelings to make classroom teaching "live".

Every text in the primary school Chinese textbook is a masterpiece with both literariness and aesthetic feeling. Its wonderful context description, exquisite language use, profound ideological expression and unique opinions are all important contents to guide students' perception. However, due to the limited classroom teaching time, it is impossible to guide students to experience the wonderful text one by one. In order to make these wonderful things leave an overall impression on students, we can focus on reading and guide students to read the language repeatedly, so as to understand the rich image connotation, meaning connotation and emotional connotation of the language. At the same time, let students guide on the basis of feelings.

Evaluate the text condescendingly, deepen understanding, sublimate understanding, and fill the gaps in evaluation.

In the practice of curriculum reform, we have extended the tentacles of Chinese teaching to a vast world. Let students read more extracurricular books; Through these collections and readings, we have laid a foundation for a deeper understanding of the text. Secondly, we attach importance to colorful Chinese practice activities. For example, when I study the West Lake, I will find relevant materials and pictures for students to enjoy, so that they have the feeling of being there. In addition, I pay attention to the integration of disciplines. Let students acquire knowledge and cultivate their abilities from different angles and in different ways.

In short, teachers should play the role of a good bridge, that is, let teachers not exceed their authority to replace students' thinking and the author's remarks. Let students give full play to their abilities and communicate with textbooks. In other words, teachers should be the link between students and textbooks. In class, teachers should be guides, not leaders.
