Explain the analysis method of factors affecting the transformation of training results.
A: The factors that affect the transformation of training results can be analyzed from three aspects: students, working environment and organization.

(1) Analysis based on students' level;

① Training ability mainly refers to the trainees' willingness to learn. Training ability is embodied in learning ability, training motivation and self-efficacy.

② Natural forgetting. Psychological research reveals that people's memory retention time is different and presents certain laws. The famous Ebbinghaus forgetting curve shows that forgetting follows the principle of fast first and then slow. This means that people's memory ability is also one of the factors that affect the transformation of training results.

③ Training and transformation of trainees. From the trainee's point of view, the basic form of the transformation of training results can be explained from four basic levels: the first level is imitation; The second level is to draw inferences from others; The third level is mastery; The fourth level is self-management.

(2) Analysis based on working environment:

① The influence of working environment on the transformation of training results. Transformational atmosphere refers to the trainees' feelings about various working environment characteristics that can promote or hinder the application of training skills or behaviors. It includes the support of managers and colleagues, the opportunity to apply skills and the results of applying learned skills.

② Measurement of climate perception of organizational change. The atmosphere of training transformation is closely related to the positive changes of managers' management behavior and interpersonal behavior after training. Necessary practical opportunities and the support of managers are the premise of transformation, and on this basis, effective measures such as praise and material rewards can be supplemented.

③ Measurement of practical opportunities. Opportunities for employees to apply training results to work practice can be provided by managers or they can take the initiative to find them. Practical opportunities can explain the influence of working environment on the application of new skills.

(3) Analysis based on organizational level:

① Establish a learning organization. Learning organization refers to a company with strong learning ability, adaptability and innovation ability. In a learning organization, training is regarded as a part of the designed intellectual capital construction system.

② Selection of knowledge management mode. Knowledge management refers to the process of improving the creation, enjoyment and use of knowledge by designing and applying tools, processes, systems, structures and cultures, thus improving the performance of employees in various departments of the company. Knowledge management can help companies put products into the market faster, establish a better customer service system, innovate products and services, and attract new employees and retain existing employees by providing opportunities for learning and development.
