The flooding slope of leveling layer should be controlled at 2%, and the leakage parts such as pipe root and floor drain need special treatment.

Paint mixing

Waterproof coating should be stirred evenly, generally by mechanical stirring, about 5 ~ 10 minutes, until there is no caking and precipitation.

Brush coating

When the first coating is painted, it should be evenly painted on the surface of the primed base, with a thickness of about 0.6mm, and the wall should be used first and then ground.

Waterproof layer height

The waterproof layer should extend from the ground to the wall, 250MM above the ground, and the height of the waterproof layer on the bathroom wall should not be less than1800 mm.

Second coating

After the first coating is cured, the second coating waterproof construction is carried out according to the first material construction method, and the thickness is 0.5 mm

Check the closed water test

After the waterproof project is completed, it is necessary to carry out a 24-hour closed water test, and the closed water test inspection is an essential step.
