According to the spirit of documentsNo. [1999] 13 andNo. 14 of the Provincial Education Department and the relevant documents of the Municipal Education Bureau, combined with the actual situation of our city, when teachers are promoted to senior technical titles, first, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade II or above; Two, teachers under the age of 50 (born after August 3 1 year), teachers' professional skills must reach level 3, and other professional skills must reach level 4.
