It belongs to a training institution, not a formal institution. The general applied undergraduate course belongs to the College of Continuing Education under a university. Training institutions can't have such a thing, because they are training institutions, not formal schools, and the academic affairs office can't control them. As long as you have a business license and pay taxes normally, you can continue to operate.
