Team building is particularly important. Since working at the grass-roots level, I have deeply realized that team unity is the prerequisite for doing a good job in rural areas. Only when the hearts of the two committees are United can we resolve all kinds of difficulties and achieve success. Only when the team members are harmonious can we have the motivation to work. When encountering different opinions and opinions, the first thing to do is to have a heart-to-heart talk with the members of the two committees in the village, care for them and unite the two committees.

As a shoulder-to-shoulder person, I feel a great responsibility and a heavy task. In recent years, 5 kilometers of Tongzu hard highway has been built, and foreign talents donated and the masses raised nearly 550 thousand yuan. Four new bridges, four dangerous bridges and four new small power stations have been built, which have solved the difficulties of villagers in production and life.
Three, strengthen learning, conscientiously fulfill the branch propaganda, party member, four responsibilities.
Since this year, I have paid attention to learning the Party's line, principles, policies and scientific and cultural knowledge in rural areas. Taking the year of grassroots organization construction as an opportunity, I have carried out in-depth activities such as the promotion of branch positions, striving for the first place in party member, and one responsibility at the village level, giving full play to the typical role of party member as a demonstration household who took the lead in getting rich. Through demonstration and guidance, party member cadres will be truly educated, the masses will benefit, theoretical study and concrete practice will be combined, and work will be promoted through activities.
During the activity, our village always takes the work of "four responsibilities and one responsibility" as the focus of work, and continuously increases the collective income through land consolidation, idle assets disposal, ditch and pond contracting and recycling.
The construction of village department utilizes the geographical location of the village, mobilizes individual residents and concentrates on building houses on the road, which not only saves land, but also integrates resources. The village has a construction area of more than 400 square meters and is expected to be handed over in April next year.

Fourth, the dual-band capacity is limited, and the idea of grabbing projects and competing for funds is not flexible enough.
