The third day of mental health teacher training in Ningdu County 20 18
? When I first met Mr. He, I thought she was so serious. After getting to know her, I found that she is a great counselor and has a very attractive counselor. He Laoshi is true, sincere, positive, elegant, connotative and tasteful, with characteristics that ordinary people don't have. I think we can see all the qualities of a good psychological counselor. At the same time, she inspired me to become an excellent psychological counselor. Before that, we all trained with tasks. I was deeply attracted by her on the first day of class. It turns out that psychological counselors are so powerful. They can help us deal with interpersonal and family relationships better, help us finish our work better, and most importantly, they can achieve better ourselves.

Box therapy is divided into two days, and today is the first day. It emphasizes a specific experience and makes psychotherapy return to the true self for treatment.

Too many thoughts and ideas are suppressed in the busy real life, which makes many of us lose our inner selves, and makes us originally free and bound in a cage, unable to return to the truth.

Because of this, it limits our imagination, affects our words and deeds, and deeply affects our study, life and work.

At the beginning of the course, He Laoshi didn't let us study directly in the course, nor did he speak with a microphone. She believes that "only relationships can have relationships", so she explained her words with practical actions first. So, she told us her story, without any processed voice, and let us see the real her.

? By listening to her speech, we can see that she is dignified and strong, but she can adjust her emotions immediately, which shows us the self-healing power of a psychological counselor. At the same time, I also saw the important role of a psychological counselor for family, society and school. Each of us is eager to be seen, especially those closest to us. Being seen and respected is very powerful. This caused our teacher's scolding, and also built a solid bridge between us and He Laoshi. This makes our course progress more smoothly!

At the same time, it also makes me deeply reflect on myself, reflect on myself, and reflect on my treatment of my relatives, colleagues, friends around me. Most importantly, my students have not done enough for their relatives. I am far away from home and care about my relatives. I haven't communicated with them well, especially my parents. They often call them for only a month or two, but they don't know how much they miss me, their hesitation and expectation. For my colleagues, I show myself in my busy life every day, but I can't see their needs for myself. They also expect to see them in my eyes. I am especially ashamed of my students. I want them to hear my voice and my demands, but I didn't pay attention to the expectations and needs of the students in Class Three 175. I neglected that they needed to be seen, understood and cared for by me. Maybe this is why I have defects in dealing with interpersonal relationships, and why some students don't listen to my class! Because I didn't catch their hearts and let them have internal and external learning motivation. I believe that if I can change a little, I will become more perfect.

? After establishing the relationship, He Laoshi began to give lectures. At this point, we have been deeply attracted by her personality charm. He Laoshi's emphasis on returning to the truth and taking good care of ourselves is to let us see our inner selves, which is the most basic premise of sand table therapy. ? This reminds me that I didn't take good care of myself during this time, which is why my life is so bad now. Looking back on the taste I have tasted since graduation, I have been living in other people's world without seeing my true side. Calm down and think about myself. I spent my loneliness, tasted success and happiness, and experienced helplessness and hesitation. I stood up when I was knocked down by countless difficulties. How brave I am, how kind, how ... At this moment, I really want to embrace myself in the past, embrace myself now, and really want to say to it: You are great! I will be responsible for visitors when I become a psychological counselor myself. I will prepare myself first, and be prepared to deal with visitors best. I believe this will make my work better. At the same time, in class, I should prepare myself, feel every student, pay attention to them, care about them and see them. This should improve my level and attract them.

We have learned a lot before class. Let us have a deeper understanding of psychology, and let me feel that learning psychology well plays an important role in dealing with the relationship between family, society, colleagues and friends, which makes me fall in love with psychology and have the desire to become a psychological counselor. Our psychological counselor is the harbor and post station of the soul. We should be good at tapping the internal and external motivation of students' learning and be tolerant of everything in their hearts. Accordingly, it is very important to establish good interpersonal relationship with students, which is the premise and foundation of teaching.

? He Laoshi used his truest self. She showed us what she did with psychology in her life experience and what she gained. She attracted us deeply with her magical language and unique personality charm.

? After establishing the relationship, He Laoshi told us about sand table therapy. At first we were all curious about the sand table. What's the use of small sand table? How to use sand table in psychotherapy? With questions and curiosity, we walked into the classroom.

First of all, He Laoshi told us the rules of sand table placement and the layout of psychological consultation room. We know that the size standard of sand table is 72cm*52cm*7cm, the background color is blue, and the sand is divided into dry sand and wet sand. There are 65,438+0,500 to 3,000 kinds of sand toys, and the placement rules are classified and placed from top to bottom.

Next, He Laoshi told us about the development history of sand table, sand table application and the rules in the process of sand table application.

? In the history of sand table development, I got to know Swiss psychology

Calve and Calve studied basic Chinese when they were young and became interested in oriental philosophy. Later, they began to study Jungian analytical psychology at Jungian College for six years. During the research, Jung encouraged Calvi to conduct research on children's psychology. During the period of 1954, Calvi was deeply inspired when he participated in the discussion of Luo winfield in Zurich, and thought that world skills were the ways and means he sought to effectively help children's psychological analysis. Therefore, Culver came to London to study world skills with Los winfield for a year.

A year later, Calvi returned to Switzerland from England, and combined Luo winfield's world skills with Jung's analytical psychology to form a new psychotherapy method-sandbox game. In the continuous development of sand table therapy, Calve also integrated Taoism, Zhou Dunyi's Taiji thought and Zen into the sand table, forming the sand table we know today.

Sand table technology, painting and sand table technology based on psychoanalytic theory, let us start a journey of dialogue with the subconscious, and constantly make our subconscious conscious through the presentation of pictures and sand tables, so as to discover internal self-needs and resources. In the process of continuous presentation and creation, I have been self-repairing and self-repairing! Painting and sand table technology are widely used at home and abroad, and because they are simple and effective, they have become compulsory psychological technologies! Shi Jing Boren has a series of authoritative and perfect sand table equipment, which can complete the setting of a sand table room; An excellent team of therapists can give visitors the meaning of the unconscious door.

The elements of sand table game therapy include a sand table, water source, molds and mold racks made in a specific proportion, as well as the reasonable planning of the game room and a therapist with feelings of * * *. Moulds include people, animals, buildings, bridges, vehicles, furniture, food, plants, stones, shells and so on. The role of the therapist is to create a free and safe atmosphere. He must face the player's actions in a way of "appreciating" rather than "judging", and must follow the game and keep pace with it instead of invading.

(A) the preparation of materials

The preparation of sand table games mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Sand table selection

Sand table is a special box filled with sand for people to build on, usually on a low table. The commonly used sand table is 7m long, 5m wide and 1. 1 m high. Its bottom and border are painted blue and waterproof. The sand inside is required to be about half the height of the box. The internal size of the sandbox is 57×72×7cm), and it is very important to paint the outside dark or wood color and the inside blue, so that people can dig out water when digging sand. Sand table games often use brown coarse sand, fine sand or white sand at the beginning, and sometimes use brown and white.

Generally, there must be at least two sand tables, a dry sand table and a wet sand table for visitors to choose freely. The blue color in the sand table is one of the key contents in the sand table game, and the light blue itself can have a psychological and physiological impact on people's thinking process and behavior. Blue can be used to represent clear water and blue sky, and blue itself can also be regarded as a "thing", which provides a clear visual presentation in the sand table.

In addition, rectangular sand table also has certain significance. The imbalance of rectangular space can produce a sense of tension and make people want to move and enter. Squares and circles produce a sense of balance and stillness, and people's attention is easy to focus on the center, which is not challenging. Therefore, rectangles can provide more exploration space and greater challenges than squares and circles.

2. The layout of the game room

(1) scene settings

The first condition of the game room is the design of "privacy" In order to prevent others from seeing what is happening in the game room, therapists will install curtains in transparent glass windows to provide a secret and safe environment for children during treatment. The game room should be easy to clean and safe, and the plastic floor should replace the carpet to facilitate cleaning; Strong and low wooden furniture should also be nailed to the wall to avoid the danger of children climbing with toys. In addition, it is best to set up a washstand and a bathroom in the game room, and put a blackboard convenient for children to draw. Finally, put some selected and classified toys on an open shelf as close as possible to the sand table for easy viewing and taking.

(2) Rational allocation of toys

Family and parenting toys-marionettes, bottles, pots and pans, food, etc.

Terror toys-rubber, sharks, snakes, spiders, springs, etc.

Attack toys-toy knives, guns, boxing bags, etc.

Creative toys-vehicles, medical boxes, wallets, paper towels, etc.

(II) Specific operation procedures

It is children's nature to like games, so sandplay has become a kind of psychotherapy that is easily accepted by children, and it is one of the widely used methods to treat children's psychological problems. Here is a detailed introduction to the process of playing sand table:

1. How to start sandplay therapy

The three basic modes of starting sand table games are as follows: ① Introduction to sand table game therapy-starting with appointment, interviewing sponsors, etc. ② Starting from the sand table-touching the sand table shows the significance of the bottom; (3) Start with the sand-see which one is talking to you.

First look at the sand tools on the shelf. When you see someone talking to you, you put it on the sand table, and then add and complete it as you like. If you like, you can use any sandware model on the sandbox and put anything you want to express on the dry and wet sandbox. You can touch the sand table with your hands first and put your hands on the sand.

2. The process of sandplay therapy

Children are usually accompanied by their parents at the first consultation. Therapists should first ask their parents some questions and let them fill out some questionnaires and scales. The time should not be too long, so as not to let the children feel left out and accused. Then the therapist leads the child directly into the game room, and the parents don't follow. Under special circumstances, if the child has a strong sense of insecurity, parents are allowed to send him to the game room, and parents should quit the game room before the treatment begins. In the game room, the therapist introduces the sand table, various toys and water in the wet sand table to the children, who can use these materials to create any picture on the sand table. Each treatment lasts for 30 to 40 minutes. Before the end of the treatment, leave a few minutes for the child to talk about what he is wearing and give him a chance to express his inner feelings.

The process of sandplay therapy can be summarized as the following stages.

The first stage: create a sand table world

Introduce sand tours to tourists: create a safe, protected and free space and form positive expectations; Introduce the sand table, articles and the process of sand swimming to visitors. You should be in a position that makes visitors feel comfortable, let them know that there is no right or wrong way to do sand swimming, and finally let them inform you when it is finished.

The second stage: experience and rebuild the sandbox world.

Experience: Encourage tourists to fully experience the sand world. When tourists reflect on the scene, you just need to sit quietly, which is the moment to deepen the experience.

Reconstruction: tell tourists that they can keep the sand world as it is or make some changes; Set aside time for visitors to experience the changed sand world.

The third stage: treatment

Browse the sand world: invite tourists to browse his sand world; Pay attention to the verbal and nonverbal clues of visitors; Do not touch the sand table; Encourage tourists to stay excited.

Therapeutic intervention: ask visitors some questions about the sand world, only reflecting the content of visitors' participation; Focus on objects in the sand table; Choosing therapeutic intervention methods, such as gestalt, psychological drama, psychological image, regression, cognitive remolding, art therapy and body consciousness, will often lead to more changes in the sand world.

The fourth stage: recording the sand table world

Photo of tourists: Provide an opportunity for tourists to photograph his sand world from the angle of his choice, preferably with a polaroid camera, and tourists can take this photo home.

Photo of therapist: With the consent of the visitor, take a photo of his sand world for future reference.

The fifth stage: connect the sand tour experience with the real world.

Meaning formation: help tourists understand and apply those ideas that have become conscious through sand swimming.

Connect the sand tour experience with the real world of the visitor: ask the visitor how the events in the sand table reflect his life; Help tourists understand the meaning of the sand world; Encourage the visitor to pay attention to how the problems in the sand table are presented in his daily life.

Stage 6: Demolition of Sand World

Understand the sand world: after visitors leave the treatment room, carefully dismantle the sand world; Think back to the sand swimming process of tourists.

Clean up the sand boundary: pay attention to change; Put the items back in the correct position on the shelf; Finish your notes.

Children will automatically tell a story during or at the end of making sand table pictures. If the child doesn't say it, the therapist can invite the child to say what he/she has set and what he/she wants to express. The story will express children's feelings, the theme presented by the sand table, the symbolic meaning of toys and so on. Therapists don't comment and explain the content of games and stories told by children. All they have to do is listen carefully and accept it sincerely.

Sandplay therapy needs at least 5 ~ 6 times, and it is necessary to discuss with parents in advance whether it can be adhered to.

If parents want to stop consulting, they should inform the therapist in advance. The therapist can make the child make final preparations and consult again 1 ~ 2 times. Otherwise, sudden stop will make children uncomfortable and have a negative impact on their psychology.

In addition, it is necessary to clarify some basic requirements for sand table games to patients at the time of initial diagnosis: (1) Tell patients that they can play with any toys on the shelf; (2) If something is broken, the therapist will repair it, but it cannot be deliberately destroyed; (3) Don't hurt yourself or the therapist during the game; (4) After the treatment, the therapist will clean it up, so patients don't have to worry about it. Because the child's understanding ability is not strong, the therapist should be as concise as possible when telling these rules, and be careful not to give too much information. All children need to clearly define what is acceptable and what is unacceptable behavior. Only when they know the boundaries of behavior will they feel safe. When the child began to explore the sandbox and toys by himself, the therapist retreated to the child and sat down to observe and record the progress of the sandbox game. The contents of the record include how the child started, whether he immediately participated or hesitated; What was the first toy you chose, and then what kind of toy did you choose? What is the placement position of toys in the sand table and what is the relationship between them; How big is the space for children to explore on the sand table; And what the final result is, and so on. After the child leaves the game room, the therapist should take photos of the sand table and save them for analysis. In order to complete the task of sand table game, the therapist must be able to meet two most important prerequisites:

(1) Sandplay uses a set of symbolic language to express itself, and a deep understanding of symbolic language-in religion, mythology, fairy tales, literature and art-is essential.

(2) Therapists must be able to create a free and safe atmosphere. This means that the therapist should have an openness, which is an open face to a person's own vague and unknown aspects of the harvest. Therefore, as a psychotherapist, it is not enough to be a good observer, but also to be a participant.

In the afternoon, He Laoshi briefly reviewed the operation of sand table and demonstrated the process of sand table therapy. Teachers actively participated and gained a lot.

? After talking about the theory, He Laoshi asked each of us to bring a sand toy. Let's talk about ourselves and the reasons for the price in our hands tomorrow morning. And initially taught the process of personal sand table treatment.

? In the afternoon, after briefly introducing and reviewing the sand table theory, He Laoshi began to give us a personal sand table demonstration. Let's witness the whole operation process of personal sand table and the emotional changes before and after treatment. In order to keep the therapist's privacy, I won't go into details.
