5. Migrant workers grow into talents

Corporate culture is formed in the long-term practical activities of enterprise organizations, and is generally recognized and followed by members of the organization, with organizational characteristics of values, group consciousness, work style and code of conduct.

And the way of thinking. Second, employee culture represents the interests of employee groups, and corporate culture represents the overall interests of enterprises. Third, corporate culture and employee culture overlap in a certain scope and significance.

However, corporate culture cannot completely cover, let alone replace employee culture. Fourth, corporate culture emphasizes particularity-every corporate culture is different, and the culture of employees emphasizes universality and integrity. Employee culture, but not "corporate culture".

It is of great significance to build an advanced employee culture. First, meet the growing cultural needs of employees and safeguard their spiritual and cultural rights and interests.

1. Organizational leadership mechanism

Establish and improve the work pattern of workers' quality construction with unified leadership of party committees, administrative attention to support, organization and implementation of trade unions, and participation and cooperation of all parties.
