Let me convey the training plan of special training for new teachers: the new teacher training adheres to the principle of "one year of study, two years of imitation and three years of innovation" and is implemented in three stages: the first year: trainee training. Through training, the basic knowledge and requirements of new teachers in professional ethics, educational philosophy, teaching business and student education management are systematically trained to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education on becoming a full member after the probation period. After passing the probation assessment of new teachers organized by the competent education department, they will become full members. The design hours of this training are 120 hours. The second year: outward bound training. This stage emphasizes "imitation". Through a large number of teaching cases and observation classes, students are familiar with teaching materials, learn to use scientific teaching methods, understand students' ideological and psychological characteristics, and initially master class management methods. The design hours of this training are about 64 hours. The third year: upgrading training. This stage emphasizes "innovation".
