I. Introduction to the Examination

The enterprise human resource management qualification examination is organized by the Ministry of Labor, and after passing the examination, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issues the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 2).

According to the national vocational standards, it is divided into hr administrator (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant human resources manager (national vocational qualification level 3), human resources manager (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior human resources manager (national vocational qualification level 1).

Second, the registration conditions

Hr administrator (National Vocational Qualification Level 4)

(1) Have a college degree or above (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of human resource managers, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;

(2) have a college degree (including equivalent education) and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

(3) Have a high school or technical secondary school education, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this occupation in hr administrator, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;

(4) have a high school or technical secondary school education and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

Assistant Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level 3)

(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.

(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation.

(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise in the fourth level of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the enterprise in the third level of this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(four) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(5) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma.

(6) After obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate, after being trained by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, reaching the prescribed standard hours, and obtaining the certificate of completion.

(7) Having a master's degree or above.

Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level II)

(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.

(2) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this profession.

(three) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.

(4) Engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate.

(5) Having worked in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or above.

Senior human resource manager of an enterprise (with one of the following conditions): (national vocational qualification level 1)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of a professional human resource manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, and has been formally trained by a professional senior human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;

(2) have obtained a doctorate in this major or related major and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

Third, the registration materials

Fourth, the application process

Inspection procedure:

Identification method

It is divided into theoretical knowledge test and professional ability test. Both theoretical knowledge examination and professional ability examination adopt closed-book examination. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the professional ability test adopt a percentage system, and a score of 60 or above is qualified. The human resource managers of secondary enterprises also need to conduct a comprehensive audit.

Identification method

According to the requirements of the appraisal scheme, the second, third and fourth level professional qualification appraisal of enterprise human resource managers includes two basic parts: theoretical knowledge examination and professional ability examination. In addition, the second-level enterprise human resource managers need comprehensive evaluation.

The first part of the theoretical knowledge test is not less than 90 minutes. There are two kinds of objective questions in the exam: single-choice questions (with four options of A, B, C and D, including a correct answer) and multiple-choice questions (with five options of A, B, C, D and E, including two or more correct answers). The contents of the examination include the contents of various parts involved in the "Enterprise Human Resource Manager" examination and their proportions. The second part of the professional ability test, the time is not less than 120 minutes. A few years ago, the professional qualification certification of enterprise human resource managers was in full swing. In 2004, the number of human resource managers registered reached 20,000, and the passing rate was generally high, with an average of over 50%. The pass rate of HR managers is about 40%, and the pass rate of hr administrator and assistant HR managers is 60% ~ 70%.

The textbooks "Human Resource Manager", "Assistant Human Resource Manager" and "hr administrator" have undergone great changes, the overall difficulty has been greatly improved, and the examination questions have also changed accordingly, although the knowledge framework structure is not much different from the original version. In particular, the difficulty of human resource managers is often close to that of senior human resource managers, which will inevitably bring great pressure to candidates. With the gradual standardization and strictness of the examination system, the passing rate of human resource managers is decreasing year by year. At present, the pass rate of these three levels is only about 30%.

Nine, the paper format

Thesis Writing

(1) Title of the paper

The thesis adopts the way of candidates' choice. The topic should be drawn up according to the requirements of national vocational standards, referring to training courses and combining the actual work of the candidate's unit or related industries.

(2) Requirements for writing papers

1. must be completed by the examinee independently, and no infringement, plagiarism or asking others to write it.

2. Unless otherwise specified, in principle, the number of words in the thesis should be no less than 3,000 words in the second level of professional qualification and no less than 5,000 words in the first level of professional qualification.

3. The data, reference books and other materials needed for the paper are prepared by yourself, and the citation part of the paper indicates the source.

4. All documents shall be printed on A4 paper in quintuplicate.

5. Candidates should collect relevant information around the theme of the paper, conduct investigation and research, engage in scientific practice, draw relevant conclusions, and organize the research process and conclusions into the paper in the form of words, charts and other forms to form a complete paper content.

6. The content of the paper should be clear in theme, clear in logic, rigorous in structure, fluent in narration, and integrate theory with practice.

(C) the paper format requirements

1. The paper consists of title, signature, abstract, text, notes and references.

2. The title is the name of the paper, which should reflect the content of the paper or the scope of the topic, and be as short, direct, pertinent, refined, eye-catching and novel as possible.

3. The abstract should concisely summarize the main contents of the paper, generally no more than 300 words.

4. Annotation is to explain the words that need to be explained in the paper, or to indicate the source of the words and opinions cited in the paper. Notes are always in the form of endnotes (that is, adding notes at the end of the paper).

5. At the end of the paper, the main references should be listed (see Table 2).

6. The format of notes and references is:

(1) Books: marked by author, title, publishing house, year of publication, edition and page number.

(3) Newspapers: marked by author, article title, newspaper name, year and date, and edition order.

(4) Requirements for submitting papers

When submitting papers, all papers should be put in file bags and sealed. The format of the envelope cover and the first page of the paper should be unified.

International Human Resource Management Professional Qualification Certificate (IHRI)-a series of professional qualification certificate systems developed and implemented by the American Institute of International Human Resources.
