The difference between ryt200 and YT 500 yoga certificates is that they represent different courses, one is 500 hours and the other is 200 hours.

RYT, whose full name is RegisteredYogaTeacher, is the training for the qualification of the American Yoga Alliance. The American Yoga Alliance has two levels of training, namely RYT-200 and RYT-500.

The certification courses of the general yoga alliance certification school include yoga theory, teaching skills, physiological anatomy, yoga philosophy, eight systems, exercise plan, comprehensive parts and so on.

After the registration application, the school can be divided into RYS200, and the certification course of RYT200 can be offered. RYS300 can provide certification courses for RYT300, RYS500 and RYT500.
