Second, the construction machinery safety

1. Derrick: After the derrick is assembled, it shall be inspected and accepted, and no-load, dynamic load and overload tests shall be conducted. Third, use electricity safely.

The power supply adopts three-phase five-wire system and is equipped with special grounding wire. The main distribution box and distribution box should be equipped with rain cover, door lock and corresponding leakage protector. Four, typhoon, rain, lightning protection measures

Five, scaffolding safety

The external wall construction adopts floor-type double-row steel pipe scaffolding, and the outer side adopts fully closed dense mesh safety hanging net; Scaffolding should be designed and calculated according to the maximum load that may be borne by actual construction. Technicians shall be responsible for installation under the supervision of security personnel and technicians; Scaffolding inspection is divided into acceptance inspection. Regular inspection and special inspection. In use, it is necessary to strictly control the load on the shelf and make it evenly distributed as far as possible to avoid local overload or overall overload; When using, special attention should also be paid to maintaining the original structure and state of the shelf. Six, safety signs and safety protection

Do a good job of "five sides" protection. Five sides refer to the periphery of balconies and roofs.

Around the floor of the frame project, on both sides of the runway and slideway, and outside the unloading platform. A double fence or safety net of 1.0M must be set for the "five borders".

Seven, night construction

In the third quarter, the safe use of electricity and electrical fire prevention measures

I. Measures for safe use of electricity

1, grounding and zero connection

TN-S zero protection system (i.e. three-phase five-wire system) must be adopted for low-voltage power lines with neutral point directly grounded at the construction site.

(1), the protection zero line should be composed of the working ground line or the zero line of the transformer room or the zero line of the power supply side of the primary leakage protector;

(2) The protective zero line shall be laid separately from the working zero line and shall not be used for other purposes. The protective zero line PE must adopt green/yellow double-color lines;

(3) The protective zero line must be repeatedly grounded at least three times at the middle and end of the distribution line in the distribution room (or general distribution box), and the repeated grounding line should be connected with the protective zero line;

(4) The cross section of the protective zero line shall not be less than that of the working zero line, and must meet the requirements of mechanical strength. Among them, when the overhead laying distance is not more than12m, the section of insulated copper wire should be not less than 10MM2, and the section of insulated aluminum wire should be not less than16mm2; The protective zero line connected with electrical equipment is an insulated multi-strand copper wire with a cross section of not less than 2.5mm2;

⑤ Metal shells, frames, components, pipes, tracks, metal operation desks, metal fences, metal doors, etc., which are close to the live parts of electrical equipment that are not live under normal circumstances, should be protected and connected to zero;

⑥ The direct working grounding resistance value of the neutral point of the power transformer should be not less than 4 ohms, and the repeated grounding resistance value of the protection zero line should be not less than 10 ohms. No part of the equipment should be connected with zero protection, and the other part should be grounded.

2, configure the leakage protector

(1), distribution box (transformer room) and switch box on the construction site shall be equipped with at least two levels of leakage protectors;

(3) The selection of the leakage protector in the switch box should be adapted and matched with the actual situation such as the capacity and phase number of the electrical equipment. For example, for a three-phase motor, a three-phase three-wire leakage protector with matching parameters should be selected; Lighting electricity must be separated from power electricity, and single-phase two-wire leakage protector should be used for lighting.

3. The switch box is set in three levels, that is, the total distribution box is divided into distribution box switch boxes, and the distance between the switch box and the machine is no more than three meters, and the switch box is protected by one brake and one leakage.

4. External protection

① The minimum safe operating distance from the outer edge of the project under construction (including scaffolding) to the sideline of the electric overhead line: 4m below 1KV; The voltage between 1 kv and10kv is 6m;

(2) The minimum vertical distance between the motor vehicle lane and the electric overhead line on the construction site: 6m below 1kV and 7m between 1KV and 10kV;

5. Power distribution system

(1), poles, insulators and cross arms must be used for all wire erection. According to the requirements of the specification;

(2), switch electrical appliances and electrical devices must be intact;

(3), switch electrical appliances and electrical devices must be installed correctly and firmly, and shall not be placed on the floor;

(4) The joint between the belt line and the conductor must be insulated and bandaged, and the live conductor must be well insulated;

(5) It is forbidden to build, hang or press live wires on scaffolding or other objects;

6, distribution box, switch box should indicate the name, purpose and shunt; Distribution box and switch box should be locked, and there should be someone in charge;

All landowners can not have sundry, shrubs, weeds, etc. In and around the electrical box;

⑧ It is forbidden to replace the fuse with flower wire, copper wire or other metal wire for outdoor electricity use, and it is forbidden to pull wires, sockets, electric stoves and rice cookers in the dormitory due to civil strife;

6. Lighting equipment

(1) General lighting, local lighting or mixed lighting shall be provided for night construction or natural lighting places, material yards, roads, warehouses, offices, canteens, dormitories and other equipment;

(2) Select the corresponding illuminator according to the environmental conditions of the place of use;

7. Conduct basic knowledge training on safe electricity use for all kinds of electricity users.

1. Establish the organization design of temporary electricity consumption and the preparation and examination and approval system of technical measures for safe electricity consumption, and establish corresponding technical files.

3. Establish a safety inspection system. After the completion of the temporary electricity utilization project, the temporary electricity utilization project should be tested regularly, including the grounding resistance value, insulation resistance value of electrical equipment, operation parameters of leakage protector, etc. , in order to monitor whether the temporary electricity engineering is safe and reliable, and make inspection records.

4. Establish an electrical maintenance system. 7. Establish a responsibility system for safe electricity use, divide the operation, monitoring and maintenance of all parts of the temporary electricity use project into sections, blocks and extensions, and implement them to people, supplemented by necessary rewards and punishments.

8. Establish a safety education and training system. Regularly conduct electricity safety education and training for professional electricians and all kinds of electricity users, and those who pass the examination will hold relevant certificates. It is strictly forbidden to string posts without a license or at will.

9. Strengthen the leadership system for safe electricity use and improve the quality of the electricity technical team.

Three, electrical fire prevention technical measures

1, reasonably configure, set and replace all kinds of protective appliances, and reliably protect the overload and short circuit faults of electrical equipment.

2. Flammable, explosive and corrosive media are not stacked around electrical devices and lines, and no fire source is used.

A, the ground engineering (fine stone concrete, cement mortar) safety technical measures

6, winter construction, if you need to heat the raw material furnace, must be approved by the leadership in charge of fire prevention work, and the implementation of fire prevention measures.

Second, the welder engineering safety technical measures

1, when welding and gas cutting, strictly abide by the "ten no-burning" regulations.

Before operation, check whether all tools, welding machines, power switches and lines are in good condition, the metal shell should be grounded safely and reliably, the incoming and outgoing lines should have complete protective covers, and the incoming and outgoing lines should be welded with copper joints.

7. When removing welding slag, the face should not be welded to prevent welding slag from splashing into eyes.

8, often check whether the oxygen cylinder and pound head screws slip, whether the rubber tube leaks, and whether the nozzle and gun body of the welding torch are blocked.

9, pay attention to the safe use of electricity, wires are not allowed to pull, the power cord should be fastened overhead.

10, fire prevention measures should be taken around and below the welding cutting point, and special personnel should be appointed for fire prevention monitoring.

Three, steel engineering safety technical measures

1, steel processing:

(3) When installing steel bars at high altitude, choose a good position to stand firm and fasten your seat belt.

3, steel butt welding:

(1), before butt welding, the sludge and rust on the surface of steel bar and covered electrode shall be removed. Make the electrodes contact well and avoid the phenomenon of "sparking".

(2) After butt welding, don't loosen the fixture prematurely. Don't throw steel joints when the joints are hot. Don't water the high temperature joint. Put the long steel bars on the bench.

(3) The selection parameters of butt welding machine, including power and secondary voltage, should match the butt welding of steel bars. The temperature of electrode cooling water shall not exceed 40℃, and the fuselage shall be well grounded.

(4), flash spark splash base should have good protective safety facilities.

3, steel arc welding:

(1), the welding machine must be well grounded, and it is not allowed to work in a heavy rain environment.

(2) The welding construction site cannot be erected with flammable materials. Safety belts must be fastened and protective equipment must be worn in accordance with the regulations for aerial work on site.

Four, backfill engineering safety technical measures

Seven, template engineering safety technical measures

1. Personnel entering the construction site must wear safety helmets, and aerial workers must wear safety belts and fasten them.

2. Personnel who are not suitable for aerial work after examination by doctors are not allowed to work at altitude.

3. Before work, check whether the tools used are firm. Tools such as wrenches must be hung on the body with rope chains. Nails must be put in the tool bag to avoid falling and hurting people. Concentrate on your work to prevent nails from pricking your feet and slipping in the air.

4. When installing and dismantling the above templates, scaffolding and protective railings should be set to prevent them from operating in the same vertical plane.
