(3) If the applicant applies for increasing the permitted driving type of heavy tractor trailer, he has obtained the qualification for the permitted driving type of medium-sized passenger cars or large trucks for more than two years, or obtained the qualification for the permitted driving type of large passenger cars for more than one year, and has not scored 12 in the last two consecutive scoring cycles before the application;

(4) Those who apply for increasing the permitted driving type of large buses have obtained the permitted driving type qualification of city buses and medium-sized buses for more than two years, the permitted driving type qualification of large trucks for more than three years, or the permitted driving type qualification of heavy-duty towed trailers for more than one year, and have not scored 12 in the last three consecutive scoring cycles before the application.

Students who are receiving full-time driving vocational education and have obtained the driving qualification of small cars in school, and have not scored 12 in this scoring cycle and the latest scoring cycle before application, can apply for increasing the quasi-driving type of large buses and heavy trailers.
