Article 4 Establish a system for motor vehicle driver training schools (classes) and trainees to supervise the implementation of class hours. The time for students to learn to drive shall not be less than the following prescribed driving time:
(1) 150 hours for buses and trolleybuses;
(2) 120 hours for other cars;
(3) Sixty hours for a three-wheeled motorcycle;
(4) Eighty hours for large tractors;
(5) Sixty hours for small tractors and walking tractors;
(6) Forty hours for wheeled machinery. Article 9 Training motor vehicle drivers must ensure quality. The vehicle management department of the public security organ shall inspect and supervise the implementation of the teaching plan and the training quality of the motor vehicle driver training school (class). Article 10 Establish a safety assessment system for newly trained drivers. It is an important condition for testing the quality of training to track and assess the safe driving situation during the internship period.
