Model essay on psychological internship experience
Experience refers to a sensitive text written after reading and practicing. Experience refers to applying what you have learned to practice, reflecting on the learning content through practice and writing it down. The following is a model essay of my psychological internship experience. Welcome to read the reference.

Experience of psychological practice (1) Unconsciously, the three-week internship in xxx psychological school has ended. Through nearly a month's internship, I have made great progress in my understanding of psychology, my study of psychological technology and the combination of theory and social practice.

I think: What I have gained is not only the knowledge of basic psychology, but also the practical application, as well as the various life inspirations that schools of psychology has brought us. The process of internship has taken a solid first step for my upcoming work.

During my internship, Qu Psychological School fully preached the pillar technologies of our school and taught us the specific application of each technology, from which I learned knowledge that I didn't know deeply. The first intuitive grouping system training is the opening and preheating of the course, so that teachers and students who are not familiar with it can fully understand it. Group interaction has also brought people closer together. The next "naikan therapy" not only learned technology, but also applied it to life. In Vipassana, we have dealt with the complicated interpersonal relationships in our life, and let us fully see the charm of Vipassana. What surprised me even more was that I realized how to look at life from the perspective of Vipassana. Learning every day is a record of life. Sand table therapy is everyone's interest, and we can feel and recall our childhood in happiness. I have personally experienced the sand table and found that the sand table shows another world in people's minds. It truly and intuitively reflects everyone's unique thinking content. "Short focus" is an effective and epoch-making therapy, which can quickly solve mental confusion. We learn and experience life from various therapies, which is the biggest gain of this internship.

Practice is the first step to the society, and it is a kind of training, which gradually matures in the practice of facing the society. Learn to build confidence in practice and try bravely, even if you fail, you can grow yourself.

The one-month internship can be said to be a smooth success. I have exercised all kinds of abilities in practice. It is of great help to engage in social work in the future. Here, I want to thank the college for providing us with such an opportunity to learn, and I want to thank Qu Psychological School for its serious and responsible training. Although the internship experience has passed, I will not look back at the footprints I left there. I believe that it is not the end of my journey, but the beginning of my challenge and hope!

Psychological internship experience (II) From June 20xx 16 to June 3 1 day 20xx, I successfully completed various internship tasks in the psychological counseling and research center of xx Province by using my spare time and the formal internship time arranged by the school, which was fully affirmed by the internship unit and received great help and effective guidance from the instructor, Director Qi Leping and others. It has made unprecedented improvement and growth in psychological counseling skills and professionalism. After the internship, I made a summary from the following aspects.

First, the internship unit profile

Qinghai Psychological Counseling Research Center was established in June of 20xx, 10. Committed to integrating and promoting the development of psychological counseling in Qinghai Province, filed by the Civil Affairs Department of Qinghai Province. Its governing unit is Qinghai Leping Mental Health Consultation Center, which is the first professional mental health service institution in the province. Now there are more than 200 registered psychological counselors, which is the most powerful psychological counselor team in the province.

Qinghai Leping Mental Health Counseling Center is the anchor point of the director unit of Qinghai Provincial Committee of Democratic National Construction Association, the social member unit of Chinese vocational education in Qinghai Province, and the Qinghai Volunteer Brigade of the International Association of Chinese Psychological Counsellors.

The center's psychological counseling concept is "true love should go beyond the length of life, the width of soul and the depth of soul", serving the training and supervision of psychological counselors, the development of human resources in enterprises, psychological counseling (marriage and family, parent-child relationship, family education, students' psychology, career planning), psychological crisis intervention and psychological public welfare care action.

Over the years, it has provided a number of psychological assistance services for the socially disadvantaged groups such as left-behind children, orphans, disabled people and lonely elderly people in remote mountainous areas.

Second, understand the internship unit.

20xx is very hot in summer. At that time, I was a psychological volunteer in the First People's Hospital of Xining City, Qinghai Province during the May Day holiday. By chance, I met the staff of leping city Mental Health Counseling Center. She is very concerned about all kinds of puzzles when I first entered psychology class, and welcomes me to participate in all kinds of social welfare service activities carried out by the center. 20xx On April 29th, Professor Xu Qingzhao, President of Sino-German University of Psychology (Hong Kong), gave a lecture on the practical skills of clinical psychology-hypnotherapy. Later, Professor Xu encouraged me to make use of all the conditions and adopt the principle of proximity to get the best study. So in the following days, I was lucky enough to participate in the psychological salon held by the center every Saturday, and I also used my spare time to practice in the center from time to time.

Third, the internship tasks and achievements

During more than two months' internship, under the patient guidance of Mr. Qi Leping, director of the center, and combined with personal study, I have successively completed the following internship tasks:

(a), to assist the labor road primary school in Xining City, Yujingxiang Primary School in Xining City and Datong Street Primary School in Xining City to establish mental health files for teachers and students, and to be responsible for mental health education in schools.

(2) Participate in various social welfare service activities organized by the Center, including psychological intervention for Yushu students after PTSD, and do a good job in news propaganda and reporting.

(3) Learn the skills of case handling and group counseling.

(4) Timely supplement the applied knowledge of psychological counseling, and improve the practical skills of psychological counseling through the study of psychological salons and psychological books and movies.

(5) Writing and handling of daily office paperwork and others.

After earnestly completing the internship task, the following internship results have been achieved:

(1) established the mental health files of teachers and students in three psychological consultation stations, and successfully organized a special lecture on mental health education, which won unanimous praise from the school and teachers and students. We have made gratifying achievements in the annual mental health examination carried out by Xining Education Bureau and other departments.

(2) Establish the Sina blog of Qinghai Leping Mental Health Counseling Center, abbreviate the blog address, and constantly fill in the blog content. Plan the website construction of Qinghai Psychological Counseling and Research Center, assist in establishing the website, and omit the website. Thereby expanding the popularity of internship units in the network and broadening their social propaganda channels.

(3) Responsible for handling some office documents, including writing 2 1 activity newsletters, reporting them to relevant units and posting them on their own blogs and web pages.

(4) Participated in four social welfare service activities. Psychological counseling for the elderly was carried out three times in Xining Gucheng Nursing Home, PTSD counseling for students in disaster areas was carried out in Haibei Vocational and Technical School, and PTSD counseling for students in disaster areas was carried out in Hainan Vocational School.

(5) Editor-in-chief and produce the first issue of Mental Health Service Newspaper, Jinsong Wenbao Primary School Edition (paper version and electronic version), which is jointly sponsored by the internship unit and the psychological counseling station, Xining Laodong Road Primary School.

(6) Participated in 8 psychological salons, taught myself 3 Chinese psychological training textbooks, basic training for psychological counselors, narrative psychotherapy and focus method to solve short-term psychological counseling, watched 4 psychological films Inception, Good Will Hunting, The Shawshank Redemption and Slumdog Millionaire, and wrote a comment.

(seven), the initial proficiency in handling skills.

Fourth, internship experience

In such a collective, everyone is doing the same thing together, and everything is for the happiness of others' lives!

I still remember the experience of going to the nursing home on the Double Ninth Festival. We prepare presents for the elderly early. When we came to the nursing home, the old people welcomed our guests. In the group psychological counseling activities, although for various reasons, the reaction of the old people is not ideal. But the counselor didn't slack off at all. Through activities, let the elderly express their feelings through performances and other means. In the subsequent dormitory condolences, the psychological counselors cordially chatted with the old people, holding their hands one by one, and the old people were smiling. At the end of the day's activities, the old people said goodbye to us at the door.

I deeply feel that as a psychologist, we not only need to be proficient in various psychological principles and methods, but also need to have the patience to have a heart-to-heart conversation with others and maintain the excellent quality of treating everyone equally.

When I was doing mental health files at school. When we entered the classroom, the children looked at us curiously. Take a mental health test with enthusiasm. The teacher who leads the team is a bit demanding. In fact, we know that she is very serious and responsible. She asked us to ensure that every detail of the document is accurate and perfect.

In the subsequent examination analysis, the teacher shared a lot of experience with us. I realized that psychological counseling needs to be devoted. Every detail involved in psychological files should be rigorous and rigorous, which is not only the loyalty to the profession, but also the responsibility to psychological help seekers.

For the future psychological workers themselves, we must be careful about life and strive to be highly responsible for life.

Every month, the center regularly holds a "psychological counselor salon" every Saturday. In the activities of psychological salon, they exchange their puzzles in psychological study and share their feelings and gains in psychological consultation. In the education of left-behind children, everyone thinks that we should give priority to care and support to stimulate their interest in learning and hope for life. School mental health education should treat left-behind children differently and adopt different educational methods for psychological counseling. Psychological education for such students is difficult and takes a long time. Therefore, psychological educators must be patient and constantly test the effectiveness of psychological work through evaluation in education.

At every psychological salon, everyone encourages each other, always be a loyal person, constantly learn and update knowledge, sum up at any time in the practice of psychological counseling, participate in psychological supervision regularly, promote the growth of personal mind and constantly improve the skills of psychological counseling. I hope I can do it for a long time.

Experience of psychological internship (3) Internship before graduation is a necessary experience for every college student and a compulsory course. I started my internship at Hongfeng Psychological Counseling Center. My internship goal is to improve my consulting skills and level through practice.

One-month internship, mainly to reply to consultation emails and online QQ consultation; Every Tuesday, the internship group conducts case discussion, role-playing and emotional training.

This month's psychological counseling practice, I have a lot of gains:

First, through the practice of online consultation, learn to have an intake conversation, collect the basic information of the consultant, have a general understanding of the consultant's problems, and then sort out the context of the problems; The most important thing in consultation is the feelings for the consultant, which is the basis for establishing an effective and good consultation relationship. Feedback the understanding of the counselor's emotions and emotions to the counselor in his own language, so that the other party can feel concerned and respected;

Second, through case discussion, everyone expressed their opinions. Different consultants will have different understandings of the consultant's problems, so everyone will analyze and discuss together, brainstorm and find the key points of the consultant's problems; I found my own narrow vision, broadened my thinking and improved my consulting knowledge: the focus of consulting should be shifted to the consultant to guide him to think; Counselors should have psychoanalytic vision, humanistic mentality, cognitive behavior and family therapy;

Thirdly, through role-playing, as a consultant, I talked about my emotional confusion and emotional problems with my family during my growth; On the one hand, through the dialogue of "empty chair", I vented the negative emotions accumulated in my heart for a long time; On the other hand, the supervisory advisory committee gave me a lot of encouraging words, which made me realize my thinking and behavior patterns, explore my strengths and tap my potential.

Through case discussion and role-playing, we have been trained in the sitting posture, expression, inquiry tone and emotional attitude of the consultant. The one-month internship is very short, and I have some shortcomings: in online consultation, I don't have a good impression on the consultant, I joined my own value judgment too early, and I didn't treat the consultation with a neutral attitude; Lack of self-confidence, afraid to play the role of consultant in role-playing, always worried that their ability is not competent; In * * * emotional training, I showed anxiety and worry, and failed to achieve satisfactory results; During the internship, because I was busy with other affairs, I couldn't calm down and seriously engage in psychological counseling, and I didn't have my own case to discuss with you.

The internship in Hongfeng can be said to have both gains and regrets, but generally speaking, it has gained more.

In this internship, I was lucky enough to get the guidance of my teacher Liu. Whenever I am confused in consultation, Mr. Liu always patiently guides and inspires us. Teacher Liu has many years of rich experience in psychological counseling and has his own unique views on psychological counseling. She tells the psychological counseling method in popular language, which is intuitive and easy to understand, not a rigid theory, and easier to understand and digest. Teacher Liu is cheerful, optimistic, affectionate and tolerant, and dares to challenge difficulties, which has left a deep impression on people.

The straightforward teacher Lu and the docile teacher Xia in the consulting room have been working hard. Their strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit are worth learning.

During my internship, I made a group of like-minded friends: steady and potential Yaoyao, peaceful Niuniu, sunny and warm-hearted Jia, powerful and capable Huijuan, gentle bamboo and so on. I got a lot of inspiration by exchanging ideas and opinions and sharing experiences with them, from which I can feel the warmth and happiness of the consultant team. They all radiate a kind of light, whether explicit or implicit, which is a kind of power to help others and help themselves.

Experience of psychological practice (4) I think I have learned a lot and understood a lot of truth through practice these days. These are things that I will never learn in school.

(1) My life direction will change. Before I went to practice in this company, I had been practicing in Shanghai for a month. I really don't think it's appropriate for us to do psychological counseling now. There are several reasons:

First of all, I think it will take a long time for China people to receive psychological counseling. Although I am in the most prosperous city in China, economic development does not necessarily mean a high degree of openness. It is said that Shanghainese are open, but it is not. The boss used to be a salesman in the north. He said that in fact, people in Northeast China are more able to receive psychological counseling than people in Shanghai. Listen to it first and verify it later.

Second, I think we are too young to be counselors. It is said that youth is capital, but it also depends on where it is. A psychological counselor is at best an artist of life, and at worst, someone else's trash can and spiritual garbage. This requires counselors to have good digestion ability. Other students, I dare not say, but I find that I may have to go through another tempering. When sorting out psychological counseling cases, I found the dark side of the world. There is nothing in the world. Sometimes, intentionally or unintentionally, you will find that these things are interfering with your life.

In addition, 85% is about marriage and feelings, which is obviously impossible for us, so our generation has lost the most customers.

Third, we are too young for visitors to believe you. They prefer to communicate with older counselors. People are like this, so am I, and the people who are active in psychological counseling posts are all our grandparents, uncles and aunts, and it seems that there is no place for us; Fourth, I think this market is a bit chaotic. None of the counselors I know graduated from psychological counseling. They learn everything, such as chemistry, mathematics, business management and so on. It's a great irony. No threshold, no standard. In this way, consulting with mixed quality will eventually endanger the formation of the market.

(B) the role of change

At the beginning, I was still at school as usual, and I didn't realize that I had embarked on a social post. In my subconscious, I am a student. At school, I like chatting with my classmates. In the company, naturally, I chatted with the consultant sitting next to me. I consult once a week, so I know a lot of people. In fact, I didn't learn much from working in the company, but I think I learned a lot from chatting with them and listening to their stories and experiences. One day, my boss came to me and told me that now that you are an employee, you can't have both work and chat. I understood at once.

(3) All bosses are the same.

Both companies are similar, both are private. The first company is 20 yuan a day, and there are no car stickers and rice stickers. The second company got off to a good start, with car stickers and rice stickers. Haha, I am happy. As a result, when the internship allowance was paid, it was only 30 yuan a day, but most of the meals were eaten together, and the boss paid part of it.

Now I understand that my classmates say that the boss is the same. No matter how the boss promises you, it depends on the time spent.

I met many people, made many friends, learned a lot of things, learned a lot of knowledge, and more importantly, found out the status quo of psychological counseling. These are all from my internship.

On the first day after the celebration, I went to Anding Hospital as an intern. Because we practice guiding doctors to make temporary visits, the task assigned to us is to classify and summarize the symptoms of mental disorders in psychiatry. In the meantime, another doctor asked us to practice a medical record in the doctor's office first.

One patient complained of poor sleep quality, irritability and anxiety, family history of heart disease, hypertension and suicide experience. I love my daughter very much, but I think my daughter is always disobedient. I feel embarrassed and depressed, regret and blame myself. I'm not interested in anything, and I feel inferior about my daughter. Because I retired one year in advance, I was not promoted to a cadre and got less pension, so I felt sorry and jealous when I saw others taking money at work. At work, my language ability is poor and my interpersonal relationship is average.

The patient admitted that he was talking to himself, but stressed that it was related to work and children, and denied the psychotic symptoms such as auditory hallucinations and being monitored. However, her husband said that she was hearing voices. The patient originally said that he would talk to his daughter when he thought of her ("false illusion"), but now the patient denies it.

Patients think suicide is reasonable because of psychological imbalance caused by work. But he said he didn't have the courage and was afraid of death when he committed suicide. She said that she was very satisfied with her present living conditions and didn't want to commit suicide when she arrived at Anding Hospital. She said that the hospital wouldn't let her work, and no one said she was (suspected of perfunctory and flattering). I accidentally said that someone wanted to kill her, but now there is no one. I feel that my thoughts are dirty and always think in the bad side.

Experience of psychological internship (5) This internship seems to have strengthened one of my ideas, that is, my understanding of "psychology" and "applied psychology". I have always believed in the difference between them. Psychology, with discipline construction as its core, is metaphysical and methodological. Applied psychology is metaphysical and practical with humanistic care as its core. Therefore, the ultimate goal of applied psychology should be to advocate a psychologically healthy lifestyle artistically, and its contents should be clinical, psychological counseling and career counseling. From this point of view, I also began to question the academic creation of psychology, the research paradigm of preface, method, result, discussion and conclusion, the simplification of discussion and conclusion, and the hidden rules of quantitative analysis, which seem to exclude the demands of the most essential and needed texts of applied psychology from the rules of the game.

I have read many classic works before, such as Fromm's Escape from Freedom, rollo may's Love and Will, and Maslow's Motivation and Personality. You can always gain enthusiasm for life. They hide data and seem to be committed to making people understand and gain some psychological freedom. Therefore, psychological works are likely to become bestsellers, and healthy personality is likely to become a universal consciousness. This internship has strengthened my understanding that clinical practice is more than just data. The key point is to establish a rational discussion on healthy personality from the obtained data. Doctors work with mental patients. They also take drugs, do scales and do statistics, but few people doubt that their real "readers" are ordinary people and sub-healthy people who are as imperfect as us. To some extent, I practice with this kind of confusion, of course, I am more curious and want to verify my theoretical knowledge.

We practiced in the Psychological Rehabilitation Center of the First Branch of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for two weeks, 15 July to 20xx July 28th, and we were all in the hospital. The psychological rehabilitation center is divided into two wards, the psychiatric department and the psychological department. The psychiatric department is closed and belongs to the intensive care unit. Psychology department is an open ward, which is responsible for patients with mild diseases, such as sleep disorder, neurosis and mild schizophrenia. We practice in psychiatry for a week and psychology for a week. The main content of the internship is to entertain patients, talk with patients, follow the doctor's rounds and read medical records. In the internship arrangement, everyone will have a one-and-a-half-day visit to the psychological clinic, with lectures twice a week, a medical record discussion and a group discussion. The internship is rich in content.

The first week of internship was in psychiatry, which was my first close contact with mental patients. The first thing that comes to my mind is the difference between mental patients and imagination. In imagination, there are great obstacles to communicating with mental patients. When teaching abnormal psychology, the teacher also said that communicating with some patients can make people feel frustrated, and we may inadvertently exaggerate this frustration. In addition, the theory tells us that schizophrenia patients have no self-knowledge, delusions, hallucinations and so on. But these are not aimed at real individuals, and many of them are invisible from the outside.

The first time I went in, I did have a strong sense of anxiety when the iron gate was opened, and then I gradually got used to it. We have little contact with psychiatric patients, mainly doing exercises, singing, playing ball games and having simple conversations with them, such as asking about their sleep, food and residence. Many things are learned by reading medical records and listening to doctors' explanations. But these seem to be the most appropriate ways to communicate with them. Establishing simple relationships in activities can stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in activities, which is enough. Before the internship, both teachers and doctors warned us not to interfere with the patients. In psychiatry, our greatest achievement is to learn how to distinguish mental patients from ordinary visitors, and to learn some questioning methods that lead to auditory hallucinations and delusions. For example, in order to cause auditory hallucinations, we can say, "Do you hear someone talking in your ear?" "Is the speaker a man or a woman?" "Do you know?" "What did they say?" "Are they talking about you?" ……

The second week was psychology, and I was a little uncomfortable psychologically. Most patients in Psychology Department are self-aware, so many of them have certain interpersonal communication skills, but in fact, they will have more concerns about communication. On the one hand, many contacts with them belong to normal interpersonal communication, and some people can establish good relations with them, but I am flawed in this respect. Many times I am afraid to associate with people, so the practical effect in psychology is not ideal. On the other hand, these patients are sensitive, and if you want to establish a deep relationship with them, you are likely to touch their sore spot, which is the taboo of interns. In psychology, our daily work is to accompany the doctor to make rounds, see how the doctor communicates with the patient and observe the patient's verbal expression. The most common is patients with physical and psychological problems. Doctors need to relieve their anxiety when communicating with them. Usually, they will first confirm that patients have no organic diseases, and then explain to them that their diseases are caused by psychological reasons, and tell them some psychological principles, drug use and so on. After checking the room, I can freely communicate with patients, have fun and read medical records, but sometimes patients are inconvenient to disturb me, so it seems a bit boring.

Department of Psychology; We made SCL-90 scale for patients; Another patient almost cried at the end; Perhaps the inner shock is too great; So we can only have a rest and comfort her during the rest. Another patient did it quickly and finished it in less than ten minutes. I kept saying, "Don't worry, take your time, you should read the questions and options first", saying that I felt he was tired of listening. Later, the attending doctor told us that in fact, you can directly tell him that "you are doing it too fast, which will affect the doctor's diagnosis". It seems that we still can't rest assured.

Each of our interns also has a whole day and a half to go to the district hospital for psychological clinic. Walking out of the clinic is actually listening to psychological counseling. Do some case discussions if you have time. Many times, tourists will not refuse to listen to us; Some visitors will refuse, and then the doctor tells us that people of our age are the most sensitive. The doctor who visited for the first time discussed a case of family therapy with us, so he was deeply impressed by family education. Among them, the doctor raised three questions: first, do parents really trust their children and trust them to improve themselves; Second, whether parents can grow up with their children instead of defining their children's image in their own imagination; Third, where is the child's psychological space, and where is the freedom and ability to choose? I have always admired the doctor's insight at this moment. However, there are few opportunities for case analysis, and many times they can only sharpen the psychological artistry of doctors' questions, and many times they can't understand them.

The teaching of psychiatry, psychology, outpatient service and doctors has strengthened my original idea that applied psychology really belongs to people, which to some extent eliminates the coldness of data. Although this internship is not long, we have personally contacted and identified many mental diseases, which makes the theoretical knowledge we accepted before more realistic. But the bigger gain is that we can immerse ourselves in an atmosphere of psychology and mental health maintenance, seriously think about many problems that we didn't think clearly before, such as the influence of family on a person's psychological growth, the influence of various defense mechanisms to maintain psychological balance on mental health, etc., and have a more rational exploration and understanding of ourselves.

During the internship, I feel much healthier psychologically than before, which may be a temporary feeling, which is related to the regular and relatively relaxed life here; Mainly to understand and accept their unique personality, and gradually accept their own shortcomings in introversion, sensitivity and interpersonal communication: self-knowledge is an important standard of mental health, and only by realizing and predicting their emotional reactions in different situations can we not escape from reality, make rational choices and create psychological free space for ourselves; I also learned about psychological release here. I remember I said in my group experience that my most commonly used defense mechanism is repression and projection, which suppresses my thoughts and expresses them through projection. This mode has been changed to some extent, that is, to express oneself through various ways, such as sports, heart-to-heart talks and keeping a diary. Of course, the internship can't see all the unhealthy self that I didn't know before, but the awareness of "knowing yourself" and mental health is deeply left in my heart.

I recommend it carefully.
