In this exercise, we made a detailed "School Emergency Evacuation Exercise Plan" and held a meeting of all teachers to deploy the exercise. Further clarify the evacuation assembly place, evacuation sequence and matters needing attention, and ensure that all exits are guarded by teachers to prevent accidents. Teachers are required to reach the specified posts and complete their respective tasks according to their respective responsibilities. Special emphasis was placed on the safety of the activity itself to ensure the smooth progress of this exercise.

Second, orderly, good exercise effect.

This afternoon, the commander of the school exercise sounded an alarm on the radio. All teachers are in place in time to guide students to evacuate in an orderly and rapid manner. In just 1 min 40 seconds, all the teachers and students of the school were evacuated safely and arrived at the designated place.

Third, the existing problems:

(1) Some students didn't pay enough attention to the emergency evacuation drill, didn't fully reflect the word "emergency", and didn't move quickly enough, which led to the long evacuation time.

(2) In the process of evacuation, students make too much noise, which affects the command.

The head teacher didn't count the number of students in time and was still at a loss in the face of the new environment.

(4) The gates of some classes' playgrounds are partially congested. After arriving at the playground, some classes failed to gather in the designated area, and some were surrounded by unsafe places such as basketball stands and trees, which led to a cluster.

Students, teachers, safety is a major event related to life and the safety of millions of families. Therefore, I propose that we should firmly establish the consciousness of "safety is no small matter", "safety first" and "prepare for danger in times of peace, prevent problems before they happen", strengthen drills, and control the time of emergency evacuation drills within 2 minutes. The head teacher should summarize the drills of this class, make clear the evacuation direction, emphasize discipline and the principle of single evacuation, and avoid congestion.

This drill is a test of our school's Emergency Plan for Campus Sudden Security Incidents, which also improves our school's practical ability to deal with and deal with sudden security incidents, further enhances the safety awareness of teachers and students, truly grasps the basic methods of quick escape and self-help and mutual rescue in danger, and improves our ability to resist and deal with emergencies. The whole exercise was very successful and achieved the expected goal. The next step is to strive for better and better, and really improve the avoidance ability of teachers and students in the school.
