According to the Regulations on the Administration of Tour Guides of the State Council and the Opinions on Reforming the Tour Guide Qualification Examination of the National Tourism Administration, in order to implement the spirit of the document No.41of the State Council, fully promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in our province, and accelerate the construction of a strong tourism province, combined with the reality of the tour guide qualification examination in our province, the relevant matters concerning the 20 10 tour guide qualification examination are hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration conditions
Anyone who has a high school or technical secondary school education, is in good health, and has the basic knowledge and language skills to meet the needs of tour guides can apply.
Second, the registration method
1. Candidates can register directly in the training center of the Provincial Tourism Bureau, or in the institutions (departments) of tourism education and training demonstration sites in cities and States (the list is attached).
2. When registering, you must show your second-generation ID card (original and one copy), academic certificate, original health certificate of hospitals or epidemic prevention stations at or above the county (district) level within half a year, the national tour guide qualification examination registration form () and indicate it on the candidate's admission ticket.
2. On-site tour guide examination time:1October 26th 20 10, 10 to1October 30th 10. The specific on-site examination time and place of each candidate will be announced on Hunan Tourism Network () and the written test site from 10.
3. Admission ticket collection time: 201018 to 10 23 (no rest on Saturday and Sunday). Candidates can pick up the original second-generation ID card at their registration point.
4. Candidates enter the examination room with the second-generation ID card and the original admission ticket. Those with irregular documents are not allowed to enter the examination room.

Eight. certificate
The examination results will be announced in late February. Candidates can log on to Hunan Tourism Network () to check their scores. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the Qualification Certificate for Tour Guides in People's Republic of China (PRC) in the end of March, 20 1 1, which is universally used in China.
Nine, registration, examination and teaching materials costs
According to the standards approved by the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance, the registration fee is 10 yuan/person, with 50 yuan for each subject in the basic knowledge examination (four subjects), 70 yuan for each subject in the on-site examination, and 40 yuan for each subject in the foreign language examination. Generally speaking, the general candidates have to pay the 280 yuan/person fee, while those who only take foreign languages have to pay the 120 yuan/person fee. Teaching material fee (including CD 20 yuan/piece) 182 yuan/set.
X. training fee
The training fees for tour guides before the exam organized by the training centers of tourism bureaus and tourism education and training demonstration institutions (departments) shall be charged according to the charging standards approved by the local finance and price departments.
