1. Establish railway cold chain logistics division, and formulate departmental planning and system;
2. Be responsible for the management of the department, achieve the predetermined business objectives and achieve the ideal return on investment;
3. Establish carrier files, gradually integrate high-quality carrier resources, reduce risks and costs, and improve operational efficiency.
4. Be responsible for the budget and staffing plan of the Railway Logistics Department, carry out staff training regularly, and improve the service ability of employees through the departmental staff training plan and reasonable incentive assessment policies;
5. Regularly report to the President the operation analysis and statements of the Railway Cold Chain Logistics Department.
