Xinjiang Electric Power Education and Training Center was established in 1997, which is responsible for on-the-job training, vocational qualification training and employee training of all employees under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Electric Power Company. In 2007 and 2008, it was awarded the training base for high-skilled talents in the power industry and the substation simulation training base by China Electric Power Enterprise Association respectively. The training and assessment business involves various positions in the power industry, with an average annual training volume of 7000 person-times. The training strength has been continuously enhanced and entered a period of healthy and rapid development.

Xinjiang Electric Power Education and Training Center is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, covering an area of nearly10,000 square meters, with complete teaching, training and living facilities and complete functions.
