The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education issued the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Management in Zhejiang Province (Trial)", which is also the first kindergarten management guide in China. The "Management Guide" is applicable to full-time kindergarten classes for children aged 2-3 held in kindergartens at all levels in Zhejiang Province, and half-day kindergarten classes can be implemented as a reference.
1, nursery conditions
In principle, the age of kindergarten is 24 months and above. Before entering the kindergarten, children should complete school-age vaccination and pass the health examination of medical and health institutions before starting nursery school. Those who have left the nursing class for more than 3 months should be re-examined when they return.
2. Class size
Classes are generally arranged in 25-36 months, or 25-30 months or 365,438+0-36 months, and each class does not exceed 20 people.
3. Staffing
Kindergarten classes should be equipped with full-time teachers and nurses (hereinafter referred to as nurses), and the ratio of children to nurses should not be higher than 7: 1. Kindergarten teachers need to obtain appropriate teacher qualification certificates and receive relevant training in conservation and education; Nurses in nurseries should obtain work certificates and receive relevant training in nursing and education.
Activities of children aged 2-3 in the park
The daily life of children aged 2-3 in the park mainly includes sleeping, eating, going to the toilet, studying, exercising and playing games. It is necessary to scientifically arrange the rest time of shifts and form a relatively stable life order. Games should be the main form of activities, encouraging children to operate, play, explore and communicate, and enriching their direct experience.
Activities are flexible and diverse, mainly in the form of individual and group activities, and activities are arranged outdoors as far as possible. Under the weather conditions, full-time nursery classes should have at least 3 hours of physical activity of various intensities every day, including moderate and high-intensity activities of at least 1 hour and outdoor activities of at least 2 hours every day.
When the weather conditions are not available, children should participate in indoor sports activities for at least 2 hours every day. Centralized and unified activities should not be too long, and at the same time avoid sitting alone for a long time. The time for various activities in the half-day nursing class should also be halved accordingly.
