The organization where Lvliang works now is called Beijing New Workers Orchestra. Its predecessor was Beijing New Workers Art Troupe, which was renamed less than a year ago. Although there is only one word difference, the ideal has reached a new height: everyone should make real music. The New Workers' Orchestra is one of the branches under the name of Beijing Workers' Home Public Welfare Organization, and the rest are new workers' trade unions, public welfare shops, schools for migrant children and other public welfare organizations. There are countless topics and stories about this non-profit organization that is completely oriented to migrant workers. Lu Liang's specific work place is in Zhang Cun, Pinggu, Beijing, called Tongxin Commune, which is nearly 100 kilometers away from the headquarters of Picun Community Trade Union in Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District.
Lv Liang's daily job is to choose vegetables, wash vegetables, stir-fry and cook, and provide logistical support for those who come to participate in group building, training and summer camp activities irregularly, or to organize the "concentric peach blossom garden" to weed, achene, pick and send and receive express delivery. In Taoyuan, he melted himself into one of thousands of trees, fantasizing that he also had a big heart, turned it into a string of notes, and flew to the high sky and the distant Yanshan Mountain.
It was not until the active person left and Taoyuan had a rest at work that he took out his guitar and practiced his voice. As far as time is concerned, music is only a small part. Lvliang didn't receive professional music training, and even didn't know the staff, but as long as his fingers touched the strings, the wind and rain, time, life, affection, sadness and joy in his heart would turn into music and flow out.
Unlike most Shandong men who are tall and burly, Lvliang, who was born and lived in Feicheng, Tai 'an for 30 years, is small and well-proportioned, like a scholar. Singers or musicians often give people a unique feeling, while Lvliang is extremely dull. Walking in the street, glasses, slightly longer hair, casual clothes and pants, few words, disappear from everyone. He has many friends and workmates in his hometown, and he has never left, but they don't know what Lvliang does in Beijing. They often equate the weight and brightness of Beijing with that of his brother's career. I heard his songs from my circle of friends and saw the video of him singing outside. I think he's great.
"I am an ordinary person, logistics is my job, music creation and singing are my hobbies, and I like this kind of thing. It is a good match, and the two are integrated. " "Music is everywhere in life, music makes people sublimate and music can touch people's hearts." At the other end of the phone, his rich voice seems to be very low.

1Lu Liang, born in 1985, has three generations of coal miners.
Grandpa, who was frostbitten in the ice and snow during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, was assigned to Feicheng Coal Mine in Shandong Province to do logistics work until he retired. My father has worked in the mining field for more than 30 years. I got silicosis when I retired, and now I cough with a chill every day. Lvliang is most afraid of listening to his father's cough, like a dying cicada in the autumn, screaming at the top of his lungs, which is worse than his own cough.
In 2000, Lu Liang went to the technical school in the mine, which is also the choice of most miners' families. From then on, he began to teach himself guitar, and he had no ideal, just a hobby. He especially likes rock and pop songs and learns to sing.
On 20031February 15, Lu Liang began to go down the well, and he remembered that day very clearly. They were caught in the middle by old workers and put in a cauldron to go down the well. I don't know how deep the well is, but I feel the cage swishing down, as if to sink into the abyss. The newcomers are nervous and speechless, while the old workers are talking and laughing. At first, you can hear the sharp whistle of the north wind blowing on the derrick, but slowly, you can't hear anything.
The road is deep and tortuous. After decades of mining, many places have become open stopes. Although it is naturally backfilled, under great pressure, stones fall from time to time, making a frightening squeezing sound. Team Lvliang's job is tunneling, which is the first line of the line. Digging coal lanes also digs stone lanes. When the cat's head is not drilled hard enough, it will use a pneumatic drill. After the first shift, we have to dig three slots, which is six meters. The cat's head drill is dry when working, that is, it doesn't use water. This kind of drill has no function of using water. The drill bit is shaped like two upright cat ears. When the machine rotates, the alloy drill bit in the cat's ear does work on coal or stone. The twist-shaped drill pipe rotates to bring out stone powder or pulverized coal, and the air is always filled with dust. The huge reaction force of the machine makes people unstable and has to be stable, because the torque will break the drill pipe at any time. For the sake of progress and efficiency, the body pushes forward against the fuselage to increase thrust. A row of guns in tunnel face needs a dozen or twenty different holes. A row of holes were knocked down and the portrait fell apart. Lvliang has always been the chief pilot.
After the explosion, after the simple support of coal diggers or slag diggers, it is a sprint battle with swords and shadows, and workers are paid according to their output. After the explosion, as many as 30 tons of coal or stone slag were scattered and discharged four or five meters away in the roadway, and the upper part almost caught the ceiling. The workers bow left and right, and the huge coal shovel in their hands rotates like a wind wheel. Coal or stone slag plunges into the chute like water, and the driven chute transports them to the next link. Lvliang and his assistants watched from a distance, but they still took the time to repair their machines.
The most terrible thing is the second and third crop of gun works. Because the destructive power of blasting is huge, it can't be supported too firmly, because the branches are also in vain, and they are destroyed as soon as they are photographed, and only materials are wasted. When operating the machine, stones fall from the top of the head from time to time, and the walls on both sides keep falling. Everyone calls it a gang, and sometimes gangs can bury people. Later, a large roadheader was used, and the situation got better, but the working hours would not be reduced at all. There are 38 shifts in the mine, that is, each shift works eight hours and there are three shifts, so the working hours are not fixed, sometimes during the day, sometimes at night, and sometimes in black and white. I am so tired from work that I want to have a good meal after work and then fall asleep. I have little energy to touch the piano after work. More importantly, I think I am an underground worker and a worker. Playing the piano and singing is not something that people in this capacity do. People will think that you are overreaching and don't know who you are.

2008 1 month 1 day, the year is approaching. Feicheng is said to be named after the scattered fat people in the Western Zhou Dynasty. There has never been a scheduled snow in Huang Chengcheng. The fallen leaves on the road and the hay in the distant fields fly into the sky with the wind, and the sunshine is bright and weak.
Lv Liang rehearses the program in the Mine Art Troupe. He is the only underground worker who was temporarily taken out to participate in the program. By this time, he was already the leader of his own team. This program is prepared for the mine disaster sympathy performance during the Spring Festival. Such programs are held every year, which is a little lubricant for the boring life of front-line workers. At two o'clock in the afternoon, the harp was suddenly informed that something had happened underground and the victims had been taken to the hospital.
Working underground for more than five years, this is the first time that Lu Liang has encountered an accident. He was holding the phone and suddenly his legs went weak. It was his technical school classmate who entered the school on the same day in 2000 and entered the well on the same day in 2003. He is a very good friend. When the four captains arrived at the hospital, the injured had no signs of life. Lv Liang wiped the body of the deceased with alcohol. The body was covered with blood and could not recognize the original appearance. The dead are still covered with thick coal ash, so they must be allowed to go on the road cleanly. In this world, they are stained with dirt every day, but in another world, they are spotless. This is the rule that has always been used to treat dead colleagues.
A worker in the same class told the story of the accident: on the same day, a large piece of equipment on the shearer, weighing at least three tons, was transported on the track by car. There are three people, two on the left and one in the back. When crossing the fork in the road, the road was not pulled properly, the invalid wheel derailed, the car suddenly overturned, the heavy object pressed on the person on the left, and the car body was smashed.
The parents of the deceased rushed to the hospital and fainted before entering the door. The old man saw the battle and knew that his son had left. White-haired people cry, dark-haired people. Although often seen in books and on the screen, Lvliang suddenly caught a cold, which is the first time in reality.
Days are like flowing clouds, sometimes thrilling, sometimes silent.
In 20 14, Lvliang was seconded to the Miners' Association, ending his ten-year underground life. This is of course due to his guitar talent.
In the winter of 20 16, Lvliang arrived in Beijing and began his old age in Beipiao.
Since 20 15, coal prices have fallen, and the industry says that the cold winter for coal mining has arrived. It is said that coal imported from abroad is much better and cheaper than coal produced at home. Environmental protection is more and more on the agenda, and thermal power plants are compressed or shut down. In the trade union, although it is much safer, the salary is reduced by nearly half. At this time, wages are often not paid for three to five months. Couples with dual employees in the mine have to keep their jobs and find another way out. Lvliang started to pick up the guitar and walk around, earning one or two hundred yuan for a performance.
Meeting Zhang Haichao was purely accidental. One day in 20 15, there was an activity in Kaifeng, and Lvliang was invited to sing a song. The content of the live event is mainly Zhang Haichao's speech. The content of the singer is not much, and the singing skills are also a foil, in order to make the scene more popular. After the activity, the participants went to eat. Zhang Haichao appreciates Lvliang's songs and pushes Sun Heng's WeChat business card to him. Sun Heng is one of the founders and director of Beijing Picun Workers' Home. One of the contents of his public service is to organize several like-minded people to perform for migrant workers.
However, their songs are full of strength. No matter they are United for wages, all the workers in the world are one family, and Emoko is full of unity and appeal. Or they sing "Remembering the Past" and "Shepherd Cloud Man" for friendship and memory, and their blood is boiling, so the songs can be written like this and sung like this. This is the most powerful and grounded music that Lvliang has heard since he learned songs.
One day in 20 1510/month, Lvliang and his wife drove four hours in advance to a song concert in Sun Heng, Jinan University. In Lvliang's imagination, Sun Heng was a big shot. He must be bursting with popularity at the scene, so he has to grab the position early. It was snowing all over the sky that day, and Jinan city was white and bright. After waiting for four hours, Sun Heng finally walked into the arena, apparently dusty. He is of medium height, thin, short hair and casual clothes, as if he had just come to work from the construction site. Sun Heng sang five songs, telling stories about personal experiences and workers' organizations. It was the first time they met. They drank wine together in the evening and talked until two o'clock in the morning. The next day, when Sun Heng left, he sent a message to Lvliang: Brother, welcome to Beijing!

Three years later, Lvliang still involuntarily cut his memory back to the morning of 20 16 years 1 month.
Winter in Beijing is so cold that every breath you exhale will turn into white mist floating in front of you. There seems to be ice in the nostrils, and I feel flustered when I breathe. After getting off the train and taking the subway, Lv Liang finally arrived at Picun Street, Jinzhan Township, Chaoyang District. Everything in front of him made him doubt that there was something wrong with his eyesight. Low and disorderly houses, leaves and plastic bags floating in the wind, people in a hurry, a plane flies in the sky every two minutes, and the huge roar drowns people in the city. This is not the largest city in Beijing, but obviously a run-down country. Yes, at the corner of the street, the sign says "Pi Village".
Lvliang's first job was to help the workers' home union. The content is to organize nearby workers to watch movies and various cultural and sports activities, help sell clothes in public welfare stores, provide various consultations for workers and provide rights protection services. In short, he does everything, and his main job is to serve migrant workers.
Lvliang found that here, all people are equal and friendly, there is no distinction between high and low, there is a warm, casual and comfortable, unlike in the enterprise, there is no right to speak. Although I am busy every day, I am free and meaningful. Lvliang felt that this was the life he had always wanted.
My lover gradually understood Lvliang: It's good that you are happy. Take care of yourself outside and think about me and my children. From Beijing to Jinan, distance is no longer distance because of the opening of high-speed rail. It's only two hours' journey, and the street lights will go back every so often. He often says to his family, "In Beijing, I do it for my family and for more people. There, I met many people and did a lot of things I liked, which I couldn't imagine in the mine. "
During his stay in Beijing, Lvliang wrote more than a dozen songs after work: You Along the Way, Miners Brothers, Windy Night, This Winter ... The perception and observation of life became the main content and color of the songs. With everyone's help and self-training, Lvliang feels that his level in all aspects has improved a lot. He toured around with the orchestra, performing in construction sites, factories, schools, enterprises and communities, and was warmly welcomed. Now, the band has released a solo album, including You Along the Way. This is also Lvliang's first album. Lvliang said that he often looked back on the long 12 years of mine life, and he didn't love or hate it. Those people, things and things in the past have always been there, but they seem to be gone, becoming practical and vague. Only turning them into music is the best commemoration. The wind and rain of the past are intertwined with the life of the present, and all the way forward.
At the end of this long telephone interview, it was already ten o'clock in the evening. The light at the other end of the phone seems to be unfinished. There was a guitar melody in his room, which was a lot of people's favorite "Have You Along the Way":
