What are the main skills to learn from excavators?
Learning the driving and operating skills of excavators is the most basic and key learning content. Learn to drive an excavator, mainly practice walking, turning, climbing and crossing ditches until you can comprehensively use the driving skills of getting on and off under various conditions. Learning excavator operation is the difficulty and focus during the whole excavator training period. A responsible excavator training school will set up teaching items from easy to difficult according to the actual operation needs, including dumping, loading, trenching, slope repair, leveling (also called leveling) and other courses. Among them, the dumping project is the most basic excavator operation mode. Loading, trenching and slope repair all evolved from dumping operations, and they all put the soil, stones and miscellaneous materials to be excavated elsewhere. Loading operation is the most typical dumping operation, while trenching and slope repair are slightly different from this. The former requires neat ditch edge, uniform ditch width and consistent ditch depth. The latter has certain requirements for slope ratio, so these two items are more skillful. Leveling operation is quite different from these four operations and is relatively more difficult. Its main content is to remove ground debris (here, dumping and filling operation is adopted), and then level the ground on this basis to provide conditions for subsequent construction machinery. Because the leveling operation has higher and higher technical requirements for excavator drivers, it is impossible to do this operation well without a certain level of operation. Learning the maintenance of excavators is also the foundation, but it is the most easily overlooked learning content by students. As the saying goes, "three separation, seven separation" is the importance of maintenance, but most students still focus on "opening", which is incorrect. Learning the maintenance of excavators is to carry out routine cleaning, fastening, inspection and replacement around the common parts, consumable parts and key parts of excavators, such as how often to change engine oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil; How often and how to replace air filter, wood filter and mechanical filter; How to remove and replace the bucket; How to check the hydraulic cylinders and pipes of the big and small arms, etc. Students who master the basic maintenance methods of excavators will have at least two advantages: to make up for the lack of excavator operation technology in future work, so as to strive for employment opportunities; It can lay a good foundation for learning excavator maintenance technology in the future. Learn the daily maintenance of excavators. The conventional maintenance knowledge of excavator covers all the maintenance contents, and on this basis, the maintenance, diagnosis and overhaul technology of excavator engine and hydraulic system is added. It is understandable that many people want to learn maintenance while learning excavators, but most excavator schools focus on short-term training, so it is unrealistic to learn maintenance technology in such a short time. If students are not familiar with excavator operation technology and lack of maintenance knowledge, they will not go to school for maintenance. Another important reason is that brand excavators have made great efforts in after-sales service. Once the excavator breaks down, the service personnel can basically do on-site maintenance, so it can be said that the excavator driver does not need to worry at all. Therefore, in a short period of time, students only need to master the general maintenance technology of excavators.
