2. Online applicants should carefully read the precautions, fill in the applicant information accurately and truly, and download and print the teacher qualification application form (2 copies of A3 paper overprint). When applying online, "work unit" must fill in "Northeast Agricultural University".
3. The applicant of our school chooses this unit as the on-site confirmation point.
4. All personal information provided by the applicant shall be accurate and shall not provide false or untrue information. If the application for qualification cannot be recognized due to false or untrue personal information, the applicant shall bear the consequences.
5. The photos uploaded by the information system and the photos of teachers' qualification certificate holders use the recent bareheaded front 1 inch color white background photos (the upload format is JPG/JPEG format, not exceeding 200K).
(2) On-site confirmation
The applicant must make on-site confirmation within the specified time, and will not be able to make up the report and confirm after the expiration. Each college (department) should set up an expert assessment team (with no less than 5 members) to assess the "teachers' teaching practice ability" and "teachers' professional ethics" of applicants for teacher qualification, and use the Test Standard and Scoring Form for Teachers' Teaching Practice Ability (see annex) and the Evaluation Form for Teachers' Professional Ethics of Northeast Agricultural University (see annex) in the assessment. The evaluation opinions shall be filled in the corresponding columns of the score sheet and the teacher qualification application form.

With other series of associate senior and lecturer professional and technical positions, who have been engaged in education and teaching and applied for teacher qualification in their posts, and have other conditions for the qualification of teachers at corresponding levels, each unit can determine the test method by itself, but it is necessary to provide teaching notes, cases and materials engaged in teaching work in recent years.
4. Other intermediate professional and technical personnel and teaching assistants who apply for teacher qualification must strictly follow the Standards and Methods for Evaluating the Basic Quality and Ability of Education and Teaching in Heilongjiang Province (Trial) (No Black Teacher [2004]8 1) and the Evaluation Standards and Scoring Table for Teachers' Practical Ability in Education and Teaching.
5. The Political Department is responsible for the "teaching ability" test and "teachers' professional ethics" assessment of the ideological and political series teachers in the whole school.
(2) About physical examination
Anyone who applies for teacher qualification must have a physical examination according to the regulations.
