Article 16 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the construction of schools shall conform to the standards for running schools stipulated by the state and meet the needs of education and teaching; Meet the site selection requirements and construction standards stipulated by the state, and ensure the safety of students and faculty. Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments in any of the following circumstances:
