1. Two pictures move at the same time.

PowerPoint has many animation effects, but the pictures can only be moved one by one. If you have two pictures moving left and right or up and down to the middle at the same time, you are in trouble. In fact, there is still a way. Arrange the positions of the two pictures first, and then combine them into a "picture" after selection. 2. The production of scrolling text box

3. Hide some slides easily

6. Send the slides to a word document.

1. Open the presentation in Powerpoint, and then on the File menu, point to Send, and then click Microsoft Word.

2. Under Add Slides to Microsoft word Document, click Paste if you want to embed the slides in the word document; If you want to link the slide to a word document, click Paste Link. If you link files, when you edit them in Powerpoint, they will also be updated in the word document.

3. Click the "OK" button. At this point, the system will create a new word document and copy the presentation into it. If word is not started, word will start automatically.

7. Make slides play automatically

To make powerpoint slides play automatically, just right-click the document while playing, and then execute the "Show" command in the pop-up menu, or before opening the document, change the file extension from PPT to PPS, and then double-click. This can avoid the inconvenience and complexity caused by opening this file before playing.

8. Increase PPT's "regret medicine"

When editing a presentation with powerpoint, if the operation is wrong, just click the "Undo" button in the toolbar to restore the state before the operation. However, by default, Powerpoint can only restore the last 20 operations at most. In fact, powerpoint allows users to "go back on their word" as many as 150 times, but users need to make the following settings in advance: in Tools-Options, click the edit tab, change the "maximum number of operations that can be cancelled" to "150" and confirm.

Create a new presentation, click the Object command on the Insert menu, select Microsoft powerpoint presentation, insert a picture into the inserted presentation object, change the size of the picture to the size of the presentation, exit the editing state of the object, shrink it to a suitable size, and press F5 to make the presentation. 10. Change the color of the picture quickly and flexibly.

Making demonstration courseware with powerpoint and inserting exquisite clip art will add a lot of color to the courseware. But not all clip art meets our requirements, and the color matching of clip art is often unreasonable.
