Whether it is e-commerce or Internet products, statistically speaking, it is a funnel model, exposure, click and transformation, so the first step is definitely to enhance exposure. Since I took over the store operation of China Manufacturing Network, my main job is to improve the exposure, so I conducted two experiments during the operation.

The first job I took over was to optimize the product from four stars to four and a half stars, with about 100 modifications. Then suddenly one day, the exposure soared to more than 6000, and I began to find that there was actually an index similar to the activity of shops, which had a great impact on the exposure of shops. Later, products were uploaded and a lot of products were optimized. It reached more than 6000 on July 26th. Later, due to the two-day holiday, China Manufacturing Network did not operate, and it happened to be the weekend, and the exposure was reduced to more than 1 000. In these two days, the experiment of uploading the quantity of goods was carried out, and the exposure returned to around 3000, reaching 6429 on August 3.

A little idea of operation

P4P is the main problem, and the gap with industry TOP 10 exceeds 15000. And this is also the main gap between us and TOP 10.
