After grouping, we were led into the disassembly studio. The students looked at the Excelle engines erected next to each group, and their joy was beyond words. Disassembly and assembly of transmission
Unscrew the external thread first, then remove the transmission housing, and observe the installation position of the transmission and the connection relationship with the engine. Understand the structural characteristics of the transmission control mechanism, observe the transmission mode of each gear, then remove the gear to clean the transmission, and reassemble the parts after the teacher explains the working principle in detail.
Disassembly of clutch

Disassembly and assembly of engine
Under the arrangement of the teacher, we disassembled the engine in groups of five. Our team dismantled a four-cylinder inline water-cooled engine. First, remove the carburetor as required.
