Xingjie Art School was founded by Yang li Ping. This is the fifth Quezhilian Art Training Center in China and the only art education institution founded by Yang li Ping in Zhejiang after Kunming in Yunnan, Lanzhou in Gansu and Changde in Hunan. Yang li Ping, as the initiator of the art training center, came to the scene that day to support the opening of the art training center. Yang li Ping, wearing a long red dress and an iconic national hat, appeared fresh at the opening ceremony.
