To promote the construction of excellent courses, we must have first-class teachers, first-class teaching contents, first-class teaching methods, first-class teaching materials and first-class teaching management. Specifically, it should include six aspects: first, in the construction of teachers, it is required to gradually form a teacher echelon with reasonable structure, stable personnel, high teaching level and good teaching effect, and to equip tutors and experimental teachers in a certain proportion. It can be said that the implementation of excellent courses has become the only way for college English teaching under the new situation.

1. The goal of the construction of excellent college English courses. While adopting multimedia teaching, we should inherit the essence of traditional teaching, give full play to teachers' personality charm in classroom teaching, and realize the mutual infection of teachers and students' emotions with interesting explanations, so that students can actively participate in and integrate into classroom learning, greatly improving the efficiency and effect of learning.

3. The construction of excellent college English courses should strengthen the construction of teachers.
