For the first assembly task of an array antenna of a pre-research product undertaken by Comrade Li Guo, it is necessary to weld SMP*3.2mm high-frequency connector on the 5 12 high-frequency connecting hole. It is required to dip a small amount of solder paste with a steel needle, evenly spread it on the convex platform of the connector within 360 degrees, and accurately insert it into the welding hole. It is difficult to ensure that the connector center does not deviate or short circuit, and the whole processing time should be shortened as much as possible. In the face of difficulties, Comrade Li Guo is diligent in thinking, making his own tooling, and applying a joint every 20 seconds on average with skilled operation methods. In four hours, he completed the installation and reflow soldering of the whole antenna connector, and all of them were qualified after measurement without any short circuit.
When the first part of a product was welded, it was found that several chips were badly welded, mainly because the gold-plated material of domestic chip leads was prone to gold essence during welding, which led to virtual welding. However, there is no special gold removal equipment at present. Comrade Li Guo braved the difficulties and meticulously searched for gold by hand. By controlling the operation method, time and angle, the expected effect was achieved, which was recognized by technicians and inspectors, and the product quality was also guaranteed.

It can be said that he will follow up the installation and operation of dry workshop equipment. During the commissioning, he was assigned to work in the waste gas post of raw meal sintering workshop for one year, and was transferred to the warehouse for safekeeping due to work needs. At that time, he was the only one in the warehouse, and there was no holiday. When collecting materials, he is always on call no matter where he is. In order to ensure the timely supply of spare parts during the overhaul, he lived directly in the factory, which ensured the smooth completion of the overhaul task. In 2007, he was transferred from the warehouse to the dry process factory as a technician, engaged in equipment management. In order to strengthen his professional ability, he mastered the performance and structure of new dry-process cement equipment from the network and textbooks, inspected and managed the equipment more carefully on site, and actively communicated with post personnel and technicians to understand the equipment situation of the whole factory. 20 10 was promoted to vice minister of production technology because of its outstanding business ability, and was in charge of equipment work in dry process plant.
I still remember when I first entered the factory, the technician explained the cement production technology to us, saying that the heart of our factory is the kiln system, so it is conceivable that the kiln system is important to the cement factory. But at that time, there were many faults in grate cooler, and the cooling effect was not good, which often appeared? Red River? Situation. Appear? Red River? It will not only reduce the service life of the grate cooler, but also burn the conveyor belt under the clinker silo, causing the kiln system to stop more than twice a month due to the grate cooler failure, which not only becomes a bottleneck restricting the normal operation of safe production, but also has high maintenance cost. As the deputy director of production technology in charge of equipment management, he took the initiative to provoke the burden of reforming grate cooler. He carefully consulted the information, actively communicated with the design institute and some engineering units, and demonstrated and reformed the grate cooler. He regards the factory as his home. Every night, the lights in his office are on, and his desk is full of thick materials and design drawings. Many things happen. Because of the solid work and sufficient demonstration in the early stage, the grate cooler reconstruction project was successful. The clinker temperature has dropped from 230℃ before transformation to about 100℃ now, and the maintenance cost can be saved by about 1000000 yuan every year. The failure rate of grate cooler is greatly reduced, and the influence of grate cooler on kiln system is completely eliminated. Later, Minister Liu found that the noise of the grate cooler fan group was very high, which would cause occupational hazards to the workers in the post, and applied for the purchase of 1 1 fan muffler for treatment.
With the national environmental protection standards getting higher and higher, the environmental protection pressure faced by our factory is also increasing. The first test is the dust control of kiln head and kiln tail. After many investigations, he came up with a plan, which changed the big cloth bag at the kiln head from the inner filter type to the current outer filter type, and transformed the electric dust collector at the kiln end into the current electric bag combined dust collector, which greatly reduced the dust emission. The dust emission concentration has been reduced from 100mg/m3 before transformation to below 20mg/m3 now, far below the national standard. At the same time, the country has stipulated new energy consumption standards for the cement industry, and the situation of energy saving and consumption reduction in our factory is particularly severe. He communicated with other technicians in the cement industry by reading materials and used advanced equipment to control the energy consumption of the whole factory. All large-scale high-pressure fan motors in the factory were changed from liquid resistance cabinet control to high-voltage frequency conversion control. Cement mill 1250kw motor, raw mill 1400kw motor and mineral powder mill 1000kw motor are all equipped with cameras. These energy-saving measures save electricity by about 15%, which obviously reduces the energy consumption of our factory and controls the comprehensive power consumption of our factory.
He pursues the refined management of equipment, diligently diagnoses the equipment in use with relevant technicians on site, and handles the equipment defects in time when they are found. He will always focus on the research and innovation of equipment, learn professional knowledge with an open mind, and combine the actual bottleneck that restricts production to carry out technological innovation in time. Technical transformation projects, such as cement grinding sieve bin device transformation, rotary kiln hydraulic pulley cylinder technical transformation, O-Sepa powder separator technical transformation, and poor feeding of mixing bin, have solved the defects of existing equipment, improved equipment operation rate and machine time, and reduced maintenance cost and labor intensity of employees. We sorted out the innovative projects and applied for patents, and now we have passed 4 national utility model patents, among which many technological innovation projects have won provincial and municipal technological innovation awards.
