Contact a law firm and apply for an internship.

After the application is approved, the applicant shall obtain the Lawyer's Practice Certificate (that is, the Lawyer's Practice Certificate) from the Lawyers Association, and the internship period shall be one year (see Item 5 of the Notes).

During the internship, I will accept the unified training organized by the Lawyers Association and pass the exam (the Lawyers Association will issue certificates such as "Training Certificate" or "Training Certificate").

Upon the expiration of the internship period, the applicant shall return the practicing certificate for practicing as a lawyer, and apply to the local provincial judicial administrative department (the judicial department of the province, autonomous region and the judicial bureau of the municipality directly under the Central Government) for the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Lawyer's Practicing Certificate" with the training completion certificate issued by the Lawyers Association and other materials.

After obtaining the People's Republic of China (PRC) Lawyer's Practice Certificate, he officially became a lawyer (see Item 6 of "Notes").

Precautions 1. The national judicial examination (hereinafter referred to as the "examination") is held once a year. General registration in June, on-site confirmation in July, and examination in mid-September. The exam consists of 4 volumes and lasts for 2 days. The first three volumes of the exam content are objective questions (that is, all multiple-choice questions), and the fourth volume is subjective questions. 2. The registration conditions for the division examination are as follows: Article 15 Persons who meet the following conditions may register for the national judicial examination:

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), enjoy the right to vote and be elected;

(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(4) Having graduated from an institution of higher learning with a bachelor's degree in law or a non-law major with legal expertise;

(5) Good conduct.

Sixteenth people in any of the following circumstances, can not sign up for the national judicial examination, has gone through the registration procedures, registration is invalid:

(1) Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;

(2) Being expelled from public office by a state organ or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;

(three) was sentenced to two years shall not sign up for the national judicial examination, or was sentenced to life shall not sign up for the national judicial examination. 3. Relax the examination registration conditions:

The qualifications for registering for the national judicial examination in the following places can be relaxed to graduate from a law college:

1. Autonomous counties and banners under the jurisdiction of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, counties and banners under the jurisdiction of autonomous regions and counties under the jurisdiction of autonomous prefectures;

Two. Key counties (county-level cities and districts) approved by the State Council for national poverty alleviation and development;

3. The western region 1 1 counties under the jurisdiction of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government (including key poverty alleviation and development counties at the provincial level and county-level cities and districts enjoying the policy of ethnic autonomous areas);

4. Cities, regions, counties, county-level cities and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of Xizang Autonomous Region.

4. After obtaining the legal professional qualification certificate, those who are not engaged in the legal profession (lawyers, judges, prosecutors, notaries, legal inspection staff, please consult the local judicial administrative organs for details) must conduct annual inspection.

5, during the internship, shall not handle cases independently.

6. After becoming a practicing lawyer, you should register for annual inspection every year.
