(four) to assist the person in charge of state organs to inspect and guide the work of letters and visits in their own organs, regions or systems, summarize and exchange the experience of letters and visits, and organize and train the staff of letters and visits;
(five) regularly investigate, study and analyze the situation of letters and visits, and provide information on letters and visits and suggestions for solving problems to state organs and their responsible persons in a timely manner;
(six) to publicize the Constitution, laws, regulations, rules and policies to the petitioners. Article 15 State organs at all levels in this Municipality shall appoint persons with decent work style, integrity, seeking truth from facts, strong sense of responsibility, necessary legal knowledge, certain policy level and mass work experience to engage in letters and visits. Sixteenth petition staff have the right to make suggestions, deal with emergencies, take necessary evidence, attend relevant meetings and read relevant documents in petition activities. Article 17 The personal freedom and safety of the petition staff shall be protected by law. When the personal freedom and safety of the petition staff are infringed, the local public security department shall promptly deal with it.
