5. To repair machinery, choose a flat and solid place to park, support it firmly and wedge it tightly; When using the jack, it must be fixed with a bracket.

6. Don't operate under a moving vehicle.

I. Matters needing attention during car roof maintenance:

Second, the room maintenance matters needing attention:

1. When operating the elevator in the machine room, make sure that there are no passengers in the car, the hall door and the car door are closed, and then operate the elevator after cutting off the control power of the door motor.

2, manual turning, should first cut off the main power switch, at least two people cooperate in the computer room. Once the rotation is completed, all objects used for manual rotation, such as brake release wrenches, must be removed and put back in a safe place.

3. When inspecting and repairing the control cabinet, the power supply must be cut off first to avoid damage to the control system caused by live operation during maintenance.

4. When operating the car in the machine room, it should prevent the car from exceeding the limit station, and at the same time prevent the car from rushing to the top or breaking ground.

Three. Precautions for pit maintenance:

Four, the elevator room rescue operation requirements:

2. Make sure the hall door and car door are closed, and cut off the main power switch. Inform the people in the car not to approach the door, and pay attention to safety.

3. The machine room personnel should keep good contact with other rescuers, and notify the auxiliary personnel before the operation, and take measures to move the car after receiving the response.

4. At least two people must cooperate with each other when rotating the computer room. One person must turn the car, and the other person must release the brakes and the car, monitor the position of the car, and pay attention to the position of the mark on the flat floor.

5. When the elevator car moves to the flat position, first release the brake to restore its braking function, and then release the rotating handwheel after confirmation.

6. Inform the relevant personnel on the floor to open the elevator hall door and car door with the elevator special mechanical key at the landing station to let people out.

7. After the elevator fault is handled and the trial operation is normal, the elevator operation can be resumed.

Five, maintenance inspection need to leave the scene for the time being:

1, turn off the main power switch.

2. Eliminate heat sources, such as electric welding, gas welding, soldering iron and blowtorch.

3. Close all halls and doors. If it cannot be closed normally, a safety fence should be set up outside the door, warning signs should be posted or special personnel should be assigned to guard it.

4, stop maintenance, especially the terminal should be recorded, in order to prevent confusion or memory errors.

5. Assign special personnel to be on duty to maintain the site when necessary.

Six, troubleshooting or routine maintenance, should do:

1. Restore all switches to their original state.

2. Check whether tools, materials and devices are left on the equipment or in the control cabinet.

3, inventory tools, materials, organize the workplace.

4. Power on the test run, observe the running state of the elevator, and stop the elevator for inspection in time if any abnormality is found.

5, fill in the fault handling records, fill in the cause of the accident, inspection process, processing results.

6. All parameter changes or replacement of spare parts shall be recorded in detail and clearly.

After routine maintenance, regular maintenance inspection records should be filled in in time.
