Within three working days from the next day of the bidding date, Pacific Auto Network will directly pay all the transaction price to the special financial account of Guangzhou at one time through the business outlets of 14 non-tax revenue collection banks designated by Guangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau (see Annex for the list of non-tax revenue collection banks).

What should I do after Guangzhou license plate bidding is successful?

The bid bond will be refunded according to the following different situations. According to whether it passes the qualification examination and whether it is closed, the bid bond will be refunded in two periods:

(1) The principal and interest of the security deposit of bidders who fail to pass the qualification examination and fail to make a deal shall be refunded before the specified date. If the bid bond is paid online, the principal and interest will be returned separately; If the bid bond is not paid online, the principal and interest shall be returned together (the same below).

(2) The buyer's deposit principal and current interest that have settled the transaction price shall be refunded before the specified date.

If the refund of bid bond and interest is unsuccessful due to the incomplete account information of the bidder, the Exchange will publish the list of unpaid bid bond principal and interest in the bidding system after the specified date, and the bidder shall go through the data change and refund procedures according to the regulations.
