Experience of Youth League Cadres Training

September 9, 20 13-1September 9, 2000, I was lucky enough to attend the youth league training, and spent a three-day study trip with more than 200 students from municipal units, county youth league committees, towns (streets) and schools. In just three days, I not only made many new friends, but also learned a lot of knowledge that is conducive to improving my work level. How to change my work style and correct my work attitude has benefited a lot.

Although the training time is not long, the training content is compact. The content of the training course covers the interpretation of the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Youth League, the interpretation of the Party's mass line, how to be an excellent youth league cadre, financial knowledge, prevention of juvenile delinquency, investment attraction and project construction. Teachers' teaching content is rich and varied, covering a wide range. They cited many cases with their own personal experiences and feelings. The course content is rigorous, meticulous and practical, and the classroom atmosphere is harmonious and relaxed, which makes us listen with relish and learn easily.

At the opening ceremony of the training course, Secretary Li of the Municipal Party Committee hoped that everyone could consciously cherish the learning opportunities, strive for the growth of young people in learning, and make young people develop rapidly in practice. All these fully illustrate the great encouragement and support of the space of the municipal party Committee to the work of our grassroots cadres.

In order to work better for the team in the future, I will talk about my own experience on how to be a qualified group cadre:

First, cadres should persist in studying and constantly improve their ideological quality.

Ideological and political quality is determined by the world outlook, outlook on life and values, and it has a distinct class nature. As a regimental cadre, you should set up lofty ideals, hold high the banner and have firm beliefs. Ideals and beliefs are a powerful spiritual pillar and source of strength for us to overcome difficulties and obstacles and win victory. * * * Communist Youth League cadres are the backbone of * * * Communist Youth League organizations. Only with lofty ideals and clear political direction can we lead the youth league members to complete the mission entrusted by history. * * * Communist Youth League cadres should always be loyal to the party and the people, consciously devote themselves to the party's cause, persist in promoting the party's cause development as their own growth direction, persist in organically combining the party's needs, people's expectations and personal ideals, firmly establish a scientific world outlook, outlook on life, values, correct views on power, status and interests, persistently arm their minds with Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theoretical system, and strive to be the great ideal and ambition of capitalism.
