I. Work situation

With infinite yearning for life, I walked into the 35kvxx substation. As we all know, substation is a place in power system that receives and distributes electric energy and can change voltage. It is an intermediate link between power plants and power users, and also a hub connecting voltage networks at all levels. After the transformation, our station has two main transformers, which are responsible for the power supply of two and a half towns. Many people think that the work of substation operation duty is simply reading meters, patrolling equipment, handling work tickets and switching; But only those who have done it know that as a duty officer with a strong sense of responsibility, it is far from enough to complete the above work to ensure the safe and stable operation of a substation; To ensure the safe operation of the power grid, the most important thing is to be good at analyzing and handling the defects of equipment, so that the defects and hidden dangers can be controlled or eliminated in time. The rainstorm in June brought abundant rain around the high-pressure room of our station. In order to prevent rainwater from invading indoor power distribution equipment and causing undue accidents, our class, under the guidance of the stationmaster, inspected in the rain, dredged the blocked drainage system in time, and installed water baffles to prevent rainwater from invading. Then put waterproof mortar on the indoor walls, and finally strengthen the inspection. Through effective measures, I survived the thunderstorm in June safely.

During the probation period, on the one hand, I strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, do not be late or leave early, strictly demand myself and consciously abide by various work systems; On the other hand, diligence, initiative and hard work; While completing the work assigned by the leader, actively assist other colleagues to carry out their work, learn modestly in the process of work, and improve their abilities in all aspects; In addition, I am an honorable correspondent. In addition to the monthly newsletter, I am also responsible for the technical training of this site, trying my best to assist the webmaster and enrich my work experience. Through the monthly training, the cohesion of our staff has been improved to a certain extent. In the details of the work, I see that the company is getting bigger and stronger. With the current trend, I can foresee that the company will have a brilliant tomorrow. As a newcomer, what I can do now is to work hard to make myself sweat in an ordinary post and glow with youth and enthusiasm; Let yourself get more exercise at the grassroots level.

Second, the learning situation

Now is the stage where I study hard. Every colleague in the company is my teacher, and their rich experience and work behavior are a valuable asset to me. I remember when I first arrived at the substation, I was surprised at everything in the substation. Because I am not a major in substation operation, I have limited knowledge of equipment operation management, but I have benefited a lot under the careful guidance of webmasters and shift supervisors. With full work enthusiasm, I gradually became familiar with the operation of the equipment. Although I am only a beginner, I am as enthusiastic about my work as other young people. In order to improve my knowledge and ability in my job as soon as possible and give full play to my subjective initiative, I use my spare time to find relevant materials for study. In a short period of one year, through the combination of theory and practice, I have a real understanding of the basic equipment of the substation, laying the foundation for future work.

As an intern, I often think about how to cooperate with the webmaster to do a good job in management, especially during the "first-class" period, so I often ask the new and old webmasters for advice.

I stayed in the substation for a year, met many colleagues, and also learned what "personnel" is. "Dealing with people" is a profound knowledge for both society and units. For this profound knowledge, I, a layman, can only say, "Be honest and do well!"

Along the way, I participated in the maintenance and defect treatment of 35kv substation. In the process of learning from the person in charge, I deeply felt my lack of technology and the hardships of grassroots work! In order to better adapt to the work, I went to Jiangxi Electric Power Vocational and Technical College to study power system and its automation.

Third, the ideological situation.

As a young worker, my future career is still very long, and there are still many opportunities to learn. As a Communist Youth League member, it has always been my dream to join the Communist Youth League. To this end, I will strive to develop my work and make achievements.
