First, I am more confident and motivated in my water conservancy work.

President Fan of the Party School talked about four major resources in China: kerosene, consumer market, labor force and water. Our water resources are one of them. Water resources are closely related to our water conservancy work. This also gives us the biggest and best industrial capital. Director Zhou said that water conservancy has changed from traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy, and the orientation of the country has changed from water conservancy being the lifeblood of agriculture to water conservancy being the basic industry of the national economy. From a macro point of view, the state attaches importance to it and the people need it. Our water conservancy situation is getting better and better, and our position is becoming more and more important. As a water conservancy person, I am happy about it. Combined with the water conservancy work in recent years, especially yesterday's visit, we can see that the development of water conservancy is changing with each passing day and making great strides. As Director Zhou said, water conservancy in our county has achieved a qualitative leap: "Water conservancy projects have increased year by year, the development of water conservancy infrastructure has accelerated, the management of water conservancy industry has been gradually standardized, and the supporting role of water conservancy in agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism and industry has been further highlighted; The image of water conservancy in Neixiang and the image of water conservancy personnel in Neixiang have been further affirmed, recognized and praised by the provincial and municipal water conservancy systems, the county party committee government and the people of the county. The development of all units in the system has accelerated, the appearance has changed, the income of cadres and workers in the system has increased, and a good situation of unity, stability and pragmatic struggle is being further formed. " As one of them, I feel proud, proud, strengthened my confidence in water conservancy work and inspired greater enthusiasm!

Secondly, I feel the importance and urgency of learning. In the future, I will study hard and keep studying.

Director Zhou summarized four functions of water conservancy industry: administrative management function, law enforcement function, service function and management function. The exercise of each function is inseparable from management knowledge, professional knowledge, market economy knowledge, policies and regulations, political theory and other aspects of knowledge. The lectures given by several bureau leaders, such as the flood control of Secretary Yan, the safe drinking water of Director Wang, the reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs of Director Zhao, and the water policy enforcement of Director Fan, all involved many aspects of knowledge. Specific to our reservoir management, there are also many knowledge needs such as flood control dispatching, irrigation service, engineering construction, hub management and maintenance, power station operation management, electricity, electricity and so on. The development of water conservancy industry and the development of units are inseparable from talents with all aspects of knowledge. Combined with my current reality, the knowledge I have is far from meeting the needs of my work and future development. Therefore, I will always study hard and improve and make progress in my study. In my study, I will focus on three kinds of books: one is to study business and improve my professional skills; The second is to learn self-cultivation and improve their own quality; Third, study politics, improve political acumen, and be a learning and compound youth.

Third, young people should be motivated and dare to catch up with others.

I have observed many construction projects and brother management units, and I am very touched: many young comrades in the system have exerted their passion for work, made contributions and made great achievements in the construction of projects and units. The project construction procedure is standardized, the management is in place, the construction is strict, and the project image is good; Some management units have beautiful environment, rich cultural atmosphere, internal harmony and stability, everyone has a place, and everyone is scrambling; More units have management methods, officers have passion, development has ideas, progress has goals, and prospects have blueprints ... So, as a young man, as a deputy of party member, we should set an example for the development and construction of the unit with bold work attitude, scientific development concept, resolute work style and people-oriented harmonious feelings in the future!

Fourth, emancipate the mind, innovate ideas, arm the mind with Scientific Outlook on Development, and pay attention to work practice.

In work practice, we should be diligent, resourceful, integrate theory with practice, dialectically analyze the difficulties and key points of the work we are in charge of, use our professional knowledge and skills, correctly handle the problems and difficulties we face, conscientiously sum up the experiences and lessons in work and life, explore effective working mechanisms, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and increase our talents.
