I think it depends on personal wishes. If I think being a teacher can better reflect my life value, I will be a teacher. If I like being a clerk, I can also choose a clerk. Both of these occupations have their boring places. The key is to see what you are interested in, and you won't be impatient with the boring work you are interested in.
