The recent Sanda training courses are held in university gymnasiums, municipal gymnasiums and children's palaces, and some gymnasiums will have corresponding training courses.

Sanda, also known as Sanshou, is a kind of fighting that originated in China. Sanda does not pursue fancy, but aims to defeat its opponents by using Sanda techniques flexibly and skillfully. Sanda moves can be divided into five categories: real posture, footwork, fist, leg, fall and defense. According to the different forms, properties, values and functions of various Wushu Sanda, Sanda can be divided into three categories: competitive Sanda, practical Sanda and drill Sanda.

Sanda is divided into three levels and nine segments, and its main characteristics are nationality, antagonism and sportsmanship. Learning Sanda can strengthen Wushu education, improve personality, strengthen self-defense, entertain and educate, promote social development and enhance national soft power.

Sanda is a kind of fighting event in which two people use the offensive and defensive means such as throwing, kicking and hitting in Sanda technology to confront and subdue each other with their bare hands. It is an important type of China Wushu. Its application is mainly divided into actual combat posture, footwork, fist and leg, wrestling and defense.

According to their different forms of expression, nature, value and function, various Wushu Sanda can also be divided into three categories: competitive Sanda, practical Sanda and drill Sanda.

Competitive Sanda is an integral part of competitive sports in China. It is the whole activity process of determining athletes' technical level by means of Sanda competition, aiming at continuous pursuit of excellent results, and mobilizing and exerting individual competitive ability to the maximum extent through specially organized training according to the requirements of competition rules.
