Valuation of construction projects: This course mainly tests the examinee's mastery of the construction cost composition and basic valuation basis, as well as the ability to use these knowledge to systematically carry out valuation of construction projects, including cost prediction including investment estimation, design budget and construction drawing budget, contract price management with bill of quantities as the core, and preparation of final accounts for completion.
Construction project cost management: This course mainly tests the candidates' mastery of the basic system and content of project cost management, as well as the ability of project construction laws and regulations, project management, project economy, project investment and financing, and whole-process project cost management related to project cost management.
Case Analysis (Installation): Through this course, it mainly tests the comprehensive application of the knowledge of construction project cost management, construction project valuation, construction project technology and measurement, as well as the professional ability to analyze and solve practical problems of construction project cost.
Technology and Measurement (Installation Engineering): This course mainly tests candidates' mastery of engineering geology, engineering structure, engineering materials, construction technology and other professional technologies, as well as their ability to use professional technical knowledge and engineering quantity calculation rules to measure construction projects.
