20 15 standardized training for doctors
At the beginning of 20 14, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other seven departments jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Standardized Training System for Residents (hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). Since 20 15, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have fully implemented standardized training for residents. To become residents, they must receive three years of standardized training after graduation. The following is the concept and cost of standardized training for residents.

① The concept of standardized training for residents:

Standardized training for residents refers to the systematic and standardized training for undergraduate and above medical students in colleges and universities, that is, students majoring in clinical medicine, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, who are accepted as residents five years after graduation from medical colleges.

Standardized training for residents belongs to post-graduation education, and the main mode is "5+3", that is, after five years of undergraduate education for medical majors, standardized training for residents will be carried out for three years.

The government gives necessary subsidies to the training base's infrastructure construction, equipment purchase, teaching practice activities, training objects assigned by the unit and social recruitment, and the central government gives appropriate support through special transfer payments.

② Standardized training fees for residents:

According to the "Opinions", the relationship between the original personnel (labor) and the salary of the training object appointed by the unit will remain unchanged during the training period, and the entrusted training agreement will be signed by the appointed unit, the training base and the training object. If the salary paid by the employing unit is lower than the salary level of the residents with the same conditions in the training base, the training base shall be responsible for paying the insufficient part, and the finance shall give appropriate subsidies.

Social-oriented trainees sign a training agreement with the training base, and the living allowance during training is paid by the training base. The standard is determined by referring to the salary level of residents with the same conditions in the training base, and the finance gives appropriate subsidies.

Training objects with postgraduate status should implement the relevant provisions of the national postgraduate education, and the training base can issue appropriate living allowances to them according to the training assessment.
