The national 1+N compound talents vocational training project, referred to as "1+N project", is a national vocational training project jointly launched by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center and Canada-China Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and the national 1+ is specially set up in CAC educational institution (Canada-China Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.) to be responsible for project management and management. The corresponding certificate of this project is CETTIC vocational training certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center.

"1" in the project "1+N" stands for "1 core", which is the core professional skill of practitioners and reflects the core advantages of their career development. "N" stands for "N auxiliary skills", which are other vocational skills that practitioners choose to master according to their own career development orientation and talent market requirements. 1+N means that practitioners not only have core vocational skills, but also have n auxiliary vocational skills, which is the symbol of compound talents. Students who take 1+N courses will be awarded CETTIC certificates after passing the examination;
