Preface to the Second Edition of Shu Zhen of Twelve Zhuang in Emei
Preface to the second edition of Shu Zhen, the Twelve Strong Men in Emei; I have been teaching Li He, a strong man, six techniques since 1978, and it has been thirty-one years with a flick of a finger. Most of the beneficiaries are people from all walks of life in China, the United States, Turkey, Italy, France, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries. Twelve Zhuang and six majors in Emei are suitable for people with different skills. All the practitioners unanimously reflected the solid reliability of this ancient method of paying fees. This solid reliability is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, for practitioners, their skills and strength have improved rapidly; Second, it can greatly improve the working environment of qigong practitioners; Third, the disease-free people get physical and mental health, making them stronger; Fourth, it has magical and reliable treatment and health care functions for various chronic diseases. 5. Long-term adherence to cultivation can prove the realm of Zen without self, get rid of physical and mental pain, and gain great freedom in the art of life. I have been planning to write a new book entitled "Detailed Explanation of Twelve Villages in Emei and Six Wonders", which will explain the Twelve Villages in Emei and the Six Wonders in more detail, and supplement Zhou Tianhe's transportation, meditation and meditation in the original Biography of Twelve Villages in Emei, as well as the gait (also known as Luohan Hufu Kung) and hanging capsule skill in the six wonders. However, since I went to the United States in 1995, Emei Qigong has undergone three major changes in the United States: the stage of setbacks and lessons, the stage of technology transfer and the road to success. Especially since 200 1, I have formulated that Emei Qigong should focus on North America, South America, Europe and Southeast Asia: 1. Teach people from all walks of life to have both ability and political integrity; Second, inspire life to be enlightened first or enlightened first; Third, how to maintain pleasure and relieve physical, psychological and life pain; Fourth, pay attention to the cultivation of specialized talents integrating teaching and governance. According to the theory of morality and energy balance, a systematic five-part work implementation plan is formulated. As a result, I spent many sleepless nights in my busy schedule and wrote a textbook of about 800,000 words with equal emphasis on theory and practice. Since then, we have been committed to promoting these five functions and training teachers. Therefore, the book "Detailed Explanation of Twelve Villages in Emei" and "Six Classics" are only about half finished, and the rest can't be written any more. I have always regretted this. Fortunately, I am old now, and I have trained a group of master qigong talents in Emei. Emei Qigong will continue to develop internationally in the future, and I will take a back seat and continue to study those master talents. Therefore, I will have the mind and time to finish the unfinished part of the book "Detailed Explanation of Twelve Villages in Emei and Six Monographs", which will improve Emei's scholarship. This makes me very happy. However, the learners of the Twelve Villages in Emei are eager to learn by themselves, so I decided to reprint Shu Zhen of the Twelve Villages in Emei as soon as possible, and then publish it after the detailed explanation of the Twelve Villages in Emei and the completion of the six major works, in order to dedicate it to the fans of the Twelve Villages in Emei. The book Shu Zhen of Twelve Zhuang in Emei was published by Beijing Sport University Press (now Beijing Sport University Press) on 1998. In the following 2 1 year, this book just played the role of teaching people how to exercise this skill correctly through oral communication, and guiding self-learners to follow the intention of this book. Even those who have never practiced this skill have increased their understanding of this skill and theory. But unfortunately, the original only has illustrations, so it is difficult for those who can't accept face-to-face instruction to practice according to the book. In order to make up for this deficiency, this reprint, in addition to replacing the illustrations with my photos and adding words, is also accompanied by my disciple Sun's practice CD. In this way, the trinity of writing, illustration and CD-ROM practice will effectively reduce the difficulty of book self-study for those who love this skill and greatly improve the guiding role for those who have practiced this skill. These are the practical significance of the second edition of this book.
