Recording arrangement is a kind of quick recording service, which refers to the service that quick recording personnel transcribe the voice information of audio and video files into text information by using quick recording technology. Recording arrangement is not only to arrange recordings, but also to arrange videos, but to collectively refer to these two forms of services. Below I bring the workflow of recording arrangement:
Step 1: file processing
Video files are usually relatively large, and stenographers often need to pause or retreat in the process of finishing. If the computer configuration is not excellent enough, the player's response will be slow, which will affect the efficiency of stenographers. Therefore, if there are not many speakers, it is necessary to distinguish the roles of the speakers by combining videos. Stenographers usually need to convert the video file format into audio files and then sort them out.
If the volume of audio and video files is low or the background is noisy, professional software should be used for noise reduction and gain processing.
Step 2: Text Input
Before entering, the stenographer must make clear the recording method. I probably listed the following three:
B-level text is usually used for reading, which requires readability. This is a common requirement, so it is usually defined as the default format.
C-level text is used to match video subtitles, because subtitles are synchronized with audio and video, even if the text is not fluent, it will not affect the audience's understanding.
A-level manuscripts are generally used for official release. This kind of arrangement is more detailed, and the style of arrangement varies from person to person. Customers usually keep the power of finishing for themselves.
Step 3: Sorting and proofreading
Usually, it is to check whether there are any typos, find information to correct the marks, and further identify the vague parts of the recording.
No matter what kind of requirements, we should pay attention to two points in the recording process. In one step? , one? Repeated confirmation? .
First, the recording method is in place in one step. For example, if a customer requests a B-level record, the B-level record will be entered directly during the entry process. If the input process is too random, it will be an extremely huge and horrible project to make adjustments after the input.
Second, the accuracy of the text is in one step. During the whole recording process, stenographers need to keep a serious and meticulous attitude, and correct the mistakes immediately once they are found, so as to ensure the accuracy of the words on the screen, otherwise the proofreading in the later period will be unimaginable.
Third, repeatedly confirm the contents that are difficult to identify. Stenographers are exposed to a wide range of language and information industries, such as astronomy, geography, politics, economy, finance, culture, medicine and sports. It may all be involved, so it is inevitable that there will be knowledge blind spots. Therefore, if you encounter unrecognizable or difficult information during recording, don't worry. If you can hear the pronunciation clearly, type a homonym and indicate it. If the following words appear again, enter the same homonym, and don't indicate it. If you can't hear the pronunciation clearly, please indicate the recording time there. If you suddenly understand the transliteration later, you can suspend the entry. After all the recordings are sorted out, the stenographer can use the search function to search for marks and assist Baidu and other search engines to repeatedly listen to transliteration and time code one by one to ensure the accuracy of the text.
