Chongqing University, a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, directly under the central government, and a deputy ministerial level, is jointly established by the Ministry of Education and Chongqing Municipality. As one of the "Old Eight Schools of Architecture", it is the first batch of high-level research-oriented comprehensive universities built by national world-class universities, including Class A, "Project 2 1 1" and "Project 985". Member units of University of Excellence Alliance, China-Russia Engineering University Alliance, Belt and Road University Alliance, China-Russia Yangtze River-Volga River University Alliance and CDIO Engineering Education Alliance were selected into the national "201plan", "1 1 plan", excellent engineer education and training plan and excellent law.

Relying on the characteristic research and development achievements of Chongqing University Industrial Technology Research Institute and the resources in Chongqing University, aiming at the needs of the entrusting unit and the characteristics of the students, combining the work needs of the students and the opinions of the tutors, the training course is tailored, and various teaching forms such as case discussion and on-site teaching are introduced in addition to the traditional classroom teaching methods.

Full-time professors of Chongqing University, well-known domestic scholars, practical experts and entrepreneurs have carefully customized and taught in person, including academicians of the two academies, experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, Changjiang scholars, experts in cross-century talent training programs, national "Thousand Talents Program" scholars, and leading cadres of Chongqing and related units.
