Competition is a huge and potential force, which cannot be realized or replaced by any other external force. The head teacher should set off a fierce and lasting competition in the class. After each grade exam, I will post the detailed scores of the top 50 students in the class in the classroom to remind them that this is your competitor. Carry forward the spirit of cooperation and do a good job of cooperation with teachers and parents. As a class teacher, I think I should build a bridge between students and teachers. Nowadays, many parents are divorced, go out to work, spoil and treat students rudely. In view of this situation, as a class teacher, we must first have a basic understanding and be aware of it. "Behind a problem student, there must be a problem family" is my profound experience after my educational practice.
